Hum, this is stretching a bit the goals I set for the tool. I intend to use the PI API so that people can put their characters in them to fill the planets, and monitor the current status of the production.
With the current version you can use the 'Production Plan' to see what you need for the fuel. Then with the 'Find' you can center on the POCO system and see what planets you need are nearby. Creator of The EVE Planetary Planner and The EVE Ships Skills Planner Author of Immortal Warriors |

As I slipped my finger slowly inside her hole, I could immediately feel it getting wetter and wetter.
I took my finger back out and within seconds she was going down on me.
"I really need a new boat," I thought to myself.

Thanks CCP Phantom for your help.
And we are back! Just a quick update for now about the status of the new version:
- Integrated all Citadel related recipes. That some huge recipe trees...
- Full API integration. Just put your key and validation code, press a button and you have access to all your planets and setups. Only problem: the current version of the API does not provide the number of heads of product installed in the extractors.
- Screenshot parsing. WTH is that? Easy, while viewing your planet, open an extractor, press the Print Screen button on your keyboard, switch back to the tool and press the Screenshot parser button and it will load the data for the Extractor. Including: Material name, number of heads, duration of the plan, quantity extracted. I am actually quite proud of that one because it works very well. At least for me. I still expect some of you to find ways to break it
- Need to fix the loading/Interaction of plans. Got some severe issues there.
- Fixed some issues related to Cache Parsing. Now we can load planets Scan values again from the cache again.
Unfortunately, I am still overly busy with other things IRL, so development is not going as fast as I would like, but still making progress. I just cannot give any ETA.

Regarding the Citadel components, and other PI components in general, I was thinking of having a slider to be able to filter out product below and above set levels. For example: You want to produce Broadcast Node, but only from LVL3 stuff (meaning that you buy the level 3 stuff). You might not want to see the full breakdown to level 1. I came around this idea because of the Citadels recipes, they take so much stuff to build that the tree is getting crazy big. Ex: Keepstar, take a look at this (New UI eye candy included... ). Look at the size of the scrollbar on the right side and the bottom one... I think the slider would make it more manageable. I already do it for the Planets plan anyway.

Some good news, I was able to squash the severe issues the new version had when loading plans. The controls now behave properly, and that makes me very happy. It looks like it might take me less time than I thought to finish this new version. Woot!

Status report:
I fixed several issues in loading the new plans format, handling the new controls for the plans so they react properly to user interaction.
I also rewrote the screenshot parsing mechanism. Replaced it with something that is very close to a neural network.
It's looking good so far just need to test it a bit more on different planet types.
Overall some good progress. :)

Quick status update:
IRL is overloaded. Too much work during day, during night, and kids to entertain the weekend...
But do not despair, even with all that I am still working on the tool. I am currently reworking part of the Image Analysis algorithm to provide better result. How better? Well let's say that the previous version achieved 40~70% correct data extraction. The new one is 80~90%.
When I get happy with it, I still have a bunch of bugs to fix. Hopefully I will have a beta version available before the holidays. So you can spend you xmas vacation breaking it, and me not repairing it until I recover in the first week of 2017.

Just to let people know that I am switching to Alpha type account. Lately finances are not doing great. Hopefully I will still have access to the forum to post updates.
I am still working on the image parsing. Progressing well, I should have it completed by the end of the week I think. Then onto bug fixing. After that I should be able to release a beta version of the new UI.

I deliver what I promised.
The new redesigned tool is now available as an Alpha version.
Notes:
- a lot of features are not working (ex: running a plan, or reordering structures on a plan by the button)
- I started integrating a help file, but it is far from done. But most all controls have tooltips, so just hover them.
New version is available here-á(EVEPlanetaryPlanner2.zip).

Just a couple of tips to help you until I put in place a tutorial (soon (tm))
In the plan editor
- if you want to open/close a structure/planet click on the product icon associated to it
- if you want to move a structure/planet click and hold the structure/planet icon
- If you want test the screenshot parser, in game open the extractor you want to export and take a screenshot. Then switch back to the tool and press the camera icon in the extractor you want to import. I everything worked fine the data will be filled automatically. Always double check the values just in case...

Well it looks like Google Sites changed their policies and might not authorize direct links from their sites anymore. I filed an appeal, so we have to wait a few days to see what happens with it. Bummer...

Quick update: Google is not customer friendly. They will never tell you why they disabled your site... So I am in the process of re-creating the website somewhere else. It might take me a bit of time because I am busy over the head at the moment. But I am working on it.

Kinda good news. The website is available.
All I had to do was remove the redesigned version zip file.
No explanations from Google as to why they refused the new one...
So for now the Alpha is not available. I am still working on the website to migrate it somewhere else in order to have the new version available.

I could, but I prefer to have it on the website. I am actually done with the rebuild of the website. I just need to sort out the hosting. Might have it up and running in the next few days.

There we go.
You want the Alpha version? Yeah!!!
Well good news for you, the EVE Planetary Planner has his own domain now. So go take a look
The News page is not working properly at the moment because I am fixing the script for it. But I am guessing that's not why you would go there anyway.
So have fun and be gentle with the Alpha. She is shy and fragile.

Awesome you're still working on this a great tool for me to planify my factory planets.
But when I tried to launch the alpha, I got this message : " Error
Failed to load.
The property Set ' EvePlanetaryPlanner.Border.BlockSSize ' raised an exception. "
Seems to be just a upper case letter instead of a lower case one.
