I hope my post here will save your money. Don't trust Mittani (Goons CEO) as 3rd part. He is the scamer. The Nyx was taken and money wasn't transfered. |

From my understanding CCP has had a long standing "we don't care" policy when it comes to scamming aslong as it's not RMT based. You got outplayed, and are butthurt and blame CCP for it when it's known they don't care. Take a lesson don't be ********, and all that good stuff. |

EVE is great because its allow people to get ripped off and actually make mistakes that you actually suffer for and feel afterwards, not just reload from last save and have ll ur stuff back.
If anything i would say this is already gone too soft, mostly because if you try u can earn back a nyx worth of ISK in a month or less

Actually the theft of virtual goods and or money is theft in Real Life.
A recently announced law has come effective not to long ago.
This means there is now a law that protects gamers/ppl against these (virtual) criminals like The Mittani, cause theft is theft no matter if in RL or Virtual.
I fully agree that a CSM delegate should not be scamming or do illegal things ingame (or outgame ftm).
It is commenly known that Goons have the utmost "lowest level of moral values" in EVEONLINE.
The Mittani should be expelled from CSM asap by the EVEONLINE community, but that's my humble opinion.
