hi
is there a tools or site that can help to know at what PE lvl i need to stop to get the most efficiency ?
example if i have a bpo PE0, and i want to know at what PE lvl i need to stop the research, coz after it's not efficiency

PE 20 is "good enough" for almost anything with a reasonable research time (ie. it doesn't take 1+ weeks per +1 PE). Some people will advise taking ammo to PE 50 or 100, especially if you plan on have them constantly manufacturing once you finish researching them. ---

U can try the EvE-MEEP (http://www.eve-meep.com/) its a great tool and has a plugin for PE. (Make sure, u download the plugin too!)

i have already tried eve-meep, but it can't said what is the best PE for ur bpo i remember a few years ago, i had found a tools, where u put ur bpo, and it show u the list of all PE 0 to 50 or 100 with all gain for each lvl with that u can see immediatelly, what PE is the best to stop the research.
Another question about material lvl in bpo i bought a missile bpo, in material it indicate zydrine 2 (you), so i bought 360 zydrine for 180runs but when i installed the manufactured job, it indicate me i need 415 zydrine, WHY ?

Ok, to reiterate, unless you plan on manufacturing off a BPO almost constantly, PE 20 is good enough: it reduces "time waste" from 25% at PE 0 to 1.2%. PE 50 will give you 0.5% "time waste"; PE 100, 0.25%.
These last two may help you shave a few seconds off your build time, but will also take you a few days to a week to train on most non-ammo blueprints. So you must consider the time "cost" of researching them to that point. How long will it take you to make up the difference of not manufacturing on that blueprint for a few days compared to saving a second or two when you build one after you finish researching it.
Now onto your material 'problem.' Welcome to how waste is calculated ever since Trinity. Waste is calculated AFTER multiplying the base materials needed (out to 2-3 decimal places by my reckoning) by the runs, instead of before like it was before Trinity. Hence them adding "Displayed are rounded off amounts for 1 batch. On multiple batches, amounts may deviate by up to 0.5 units per batch."
Therefore, Assuming ME 0 and Production Efficiency 5, even though it says "Zydrine: 2", it's just rounding 2.2 (10% base waste) to 2. Therefore if you were doing 100 runs at this waste, you'd need 220 zyd instead of 200. This number will be even higher if you don't yet have Production Efficiency 5 (+4% waste/lvl short of 5). ---

There is a drop down in the market window which allows you to show station, system and region.
Just set your drop down for the system or station and it will narrow the display for you.
