Can someone point me to an ME calculation guide? I tried searching and digging a few levels down and all I could come up with were out of date ME calculations...

Hmm, I have found some information on a web search, need to stop searching in the eve forums themselves, and I seem to come up with the following formulas.
It used to be: floor ( ( (0.1 / (1 + ME) ) ) * mineralquantity ) * runs
It now is: floor ( (0.1 / (1 + ME) ) ) * mineral quantity * runs )
And negative values are calculated by floor ( ( ( 1.1 + ( ME Abolute Value ) ) * mineral quantity ) * runs )
Is this right?

Positive is correct, but negative should be
floor ( ( ( 1.1 - ME/10 ) * mineral quantity ) * runs )
So for -1 the wastage percentage is 1.2 and the equation floor(1.2 * quantity * runs)
I'm sure it has been posted like 100 times already.

I'll try and check out the wiki first from now on, thats a nice set of information. That negative value was copied from a post elsewhere but didn't look quite right to me and I couldn't find the positive one by a search or anything which is why I posted myself. Thanks for the correction.
MCalc looks interesting but I don't think its compatible with my SQL server...
