Benvie Enterprises Bond Issue
Section 1 - Overview
I am seeking liquid capital in order to once again start up my trading efforts. Most of my ISK has recently been put into longer term, relatively hands-off investments that are not easily liquidated. In order to do the trading that has proved most profitable for me, I need at least 3 billion liquid ISK and am better off with closer to 10 billion.
Section 2 - Trust
I have been a marker regular for a bit over a year now. While this itself doesn't guarantee anything, it does show that I have more than a passing interest in both trading and stocks/bonds. Not only that but I have a post history that you can read to find out whether I have a clue or not.
Along with that, I have also run an IPO. You can read the prospectus [url=http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=608330]here[/url]. The IPO has been managed by Shar Tegral and as a result I have only handled 2 billion of public ISK at any one time. However it shows that I did have a legitimate business plan and that plan worked very well. I directed the investment of 30 billion ISK primarily into advanced moon materials and tech 2 components (example: 10b worth of Ferrogel purchased at 10k ISK/unit). The final liquidation of the project is awaiting Shar Tegral, but projected earnings are in the 50-100% range for a period of less than 4 months.
Section 3 - Income and Assurance of Payment
My current net worth is approximately 25b not including characters. Should something catastrophic happen, I would still have enough assets to liquidate and repay the bond. Income from current projects is roughly 6-10b per month and estimated income from trading using the the bond would be about 10b. I am also expecting a payout from my management of Revelations Direct, as mentioned above, of about 5b, varying depending on the timing of Shar Tegral's liquidation of the assets.
Section 4 - Bonds Terms
* Bond Value: 1 million
* Number of Bonds: 10,000
* Total Value: 10 billion
* Return per month: 8% (80,000 per share)
The term of the bond shall be no more than 6 months from sale of the last bond. I retain the right to pay back the bond at any time after the first month's payment. I will only pay back the bond within 2 days of issuing a monthly payment.
Section 5 - Purchasing Bonds
To purchase bonds send your ISK to Benvie Bond Corp [BBOND]. ISK sent anywhere else will be returned. Share creation will finish at 19:26 Eve time today. You may reserve bonds in this thread, but I will only honor reservations for a 24 hours following their post.

Are there any limitations regarding how much each character can buy in for? If you don't raise the full 10b will you modify the ipo based on how much you do get? As far as the Income and Assurance of Payment section, are you willing to submit to an audit or some type of review of your assets/characters by a trusted 3rd party?
I'd like to reserve 200 million pending further information.

I'd be willing to do this but I have no intention of paying a significant amount for the service, and I'm only interested in doing it if it can be done quickly, as in a matter of a day or two.

I'm not going to pay more than I have to. This is a bond, not an IPO. 8% is above the accepted average, and I did that as I'm not sure how well trusted I am. I know I'm more trusted than the random people who come here and ask for ISK as their first post though.

I'm not going to pay more than I have to. This is a bond, not an IPO. 8% is above the accepted average, and I did that as I'm not sure how well trusted I am. I know I'm more trusted than the random people who come here and ask for ISK as their first post though.
if you are getting 10b a month then why not wait 1 month or something. go hide under a rock or whatever then one month later come back stronger than ever!!!one!eleven

Two reasons. One, I'm trying acquire a character for trading right now that won't be there in a month. Two, I can get the bond now and make money off it while I'm waiting for my other income to come in. The maximum term for the bond is 6 months but I will most likely pay it back in 2 or 3.

just in case you didnt notice, he called me a scammer.
and you semi-threatening me with a ban sickens me. what have i said to suggest that people are out to get me in this thread. i said 2 things, 1 was he says he will be making a lot of money and he is not giving away much. and 2 was that exclamation mark man made random accusations against me.

I believe it is nearly 100% sold out now as it was 6,350/10,000 before I made my post for 3b. I would have reserved 5b if there were that many shares available... but I like round numbers

I realize you're running out of shares, but should you like to expand the total amount of the bond issue or if someone doesn't honour their reservation I would like to reserve 500 shares.
