This ship is being sold on behalf of the current owner and will be traded at a POS in a low-sec empire system (with me as 3rd party). The location will be revealed to the buyer. Auction rules: Alts may be used, however will need to verify themselves to me in-game using their main. In case of a bidder withdrawing their bid, the next bidder will automatically claim the previous bidder's bid - so there is no use to try and drive up the price by bidding and withdrawing. At the end of the auction (either winner or by buyout) the winner is to deposit 10 Billion ISK before the trade location is revealed. This to ensure that the buyer's intention are to actually buy the ship (you will be using me as 3rd party either way so there should not be any difference for a legitimate buyer). This deposit will also be used if buyer needs extra time to gather the full sum of ISK. Auction details: Start bid: 90 Billion Reserve: 110 Billion Increase: 2.5 Billion Buyout: 130 Billion Auction ending: Sunday, January 20th at 20:00 EVE-Time, 30 minute sniper rule. Ship/Fitting/Trade: As mentioned the Erebus will be traded at a POS in a low-sec empire system. The buyer may bring a Carrier or other means to refit the Titan if needed and is free to stay at the POS as long as he/she needs in order to be ready. The basic fitting is as following and may be discussed in order to alter it to a more suitable setup: High: Jump Portal Generator, DDD, Cloaking Device Med: T2 Cap Recharge Low: T2 Cap Recharge Rigs: 2x CCC II, 1x CCC I Cargo: 100K racial isotopes For further questions just ask them in the thread or by evemail (note that your questions are relayed to the seller and replies relayed back through me). edit: modified title /c Secure 3rd party service ■ the Love project

EDIT: There should be a placeholder bid, 5-10bn, to make sure bids are genuine. There should be a 1bn reserve that every single bidder has to put down. If a bidder wins and doesn't pay, he loses the reserve.

It really has no place in EVE auctions, but in a real auction it means that if a valid bid is placed higher than the reserve price then the seller MUST honor it and sell the item. If the highest bid is below the reserve price then the seller can ignore the bid, even if it is above the starting bid. They can also accept the lower bid if the wish, but just don't have an obligation to do so. However, CCP has no rule on auctions concerning this, so it doesn't matter. If this was on eBay or a real auction house then it would.
