I thought 0utbreak was founded on never joining forces with anyone?
I thought there deal was to kill anyone who was not in their corp?
Can anyone explain this to me?

its for the same reason ppl have their corp/alliance ticker showing when posting on caod .

Having secure 0.0 space is good for everyone, regardless of what you do in EVE. Building supercaps, renting your space, getting DB/officer spawns - all good. Sadly, due to current game-mechanics you can't have it without friends. Even if things turn out bad, they really have nothing to lose, but everything(sort of) to gain.
