Am currently getting very annoyed at the fact a capital can undock & while still Invulnerable cyno out. The fact is in order for a capital to jump out it should wait a period of say the usual 30secs to "calibrate its jump drive" or something along those lines. So as you can actually stand a chance of killing them!

They can't jump because they need to wait for the session change anyway, i think the general rule is the same as dock-undock. You need to wait 30 secs before you can jump. -----

I don't think this is an issue with capitals only, TBH -- there should be a longer wait to redock/cyno after you undock than the 30sec session change in place today.
I sense that you have been playing around in some low sec area with a station that spits you out of dock range, eh . I do know quite a few of such stations myself and would love nothing more than to be able to put a point on an undocking capital before they can cyno out.
Luckily not everyone knows of the "undock, count to 30, cyno out" feature. Yet.

On a more serious note, if you think you've found an issue with game mechanics, a bug, a problem with a ship or module, why not do what CCP asks you to do and like, file a bug report?
Within a few days, this thread will probably be buried a few pages back and won't get seen, so if you have found an issue that you think could potentially be used as an exploit, why not do something constructive rather than post another thread, no less on the wrong forum, that's probably not going to be seen.
File a petition under Exploits, or file a bug report.
I'll even be nice and post a link to show you how you can do it :
File A New Bug Report
How To File A Bug Report
Seriously, the amount of whinging that's gone on across these forums over the last week about bugs and other issues with the game is appauling and probably only a handful of the people whinging are actually giving CCP any info through the right channels other than "omg, teh fix it or i'll quit!11" on the forums.
What's more, you're now getting sandy genitals because people criticise you for not using your loaf and reporting what you think is an issue correctly.
Look at the situation again and the responses and I'm sure you'll see where I'm coming from.
Oh, and if I wanted to smack, I'd call members of your immediate family nasty names and accuse them of bestality or something similar. However I'm not, you're the one throwing personal insults around.

So you link to something totally irreverent then in an effort to back track you state the obvious well done. Unlike you before filling bug report I like to see if other people are having the same issue as well before filling it, thus this tread.

If you're in a Nyx, then it's quite likely that a competent capital pilot will wait out his 30-second timer and jump before you've completed a lock on his ship. When I'm moving capitals, I always have the destination cyno open and ready, just in case something goes wrong, unless there are hostiles in my destination system and I'm not jumping to a POS.
Unless Trinity changed the mechanics, there is certainly a session-change timer that serves to prevent instant capital jumps after undock.

1. I'm a Maintenance Engineer, so I'm not qualified in any way shape or form. 2. I don't think I could do the job, I love playing Eve too much. 3. I wouldn't want to deal with the pure amount of craptalk from players from simply doing my job.
Those three things aside though I fell in love with Iceland when I visited the place. What people fail to realise is the sheer amount of dedication and enthusiasm that goes into making Eve what it is.
When I was lucky enough to visit CCP for the Fourth Tournament, the sheer scale of what was going on made it hit home just how much work goes into it.
It's when you see people, be they devs or GMs, still huddled over their computers in the light of a desklamp at 9pm at night that you start to realise why these people thank their families in the Eve-Credits.
It's also gave me a new appreciation of how they must feel at times when people throw their toys out of the pram and whine like spoiled children on the forums.
