I have sent 6 mails to [email protected] I have sent one mail each day the original mail goes unanswered and will continue todo so until i get a answer. I receive somewhere between 30 and 60 emails each day at work and i do my very best to answer them all, and I expect a answer when I have sent a mail with a legit content and a informative subject.
Is the email wrong or something?

You do realize that posting about your emails isn't going to make a difference, right?

I just really think that they should answer me in my email. I see people breaking these rules all the time and discuss moderations on the board. Well i had a issue so I sent them a mail. I would be very pleased if they answered my mails, considering it was done the right way.
But I guess I am asking to much.

Your frustration is understandable. I've come to find out that the Mods do not answers emails until they are good and ready. Unless of course it is about leaving work early, taking a day off, a pay raise, free twinkies at the snack bar... anything but concerned customers constitute a response.

The issue may be the fact that only higher-ranking mods can answer e-mails. That means they are even slower to respond than they are to moderate in the first place. -

Edited by: syphurous on 19/11/2007 23:54:41 Have you ever considered that they recieve more than 30 - 60 emails a day ?
Have you considered that, maybe they have recieved your email, and have put it into the process, and they would not immediately answer you back ?
Have you considered your issue is not of a high priority to anyone else but yourself ? ( Your not the most important person in Eve ;) )
Have you considered that if you were to be spammed by one person you would block or drop their proirity down the more mail they sent ( I do it, I imagine I'm not the only one ).
Have you tried bugging the community manager ? ___

Well as a matter of fact i do guess they are getting more then 30 - 60 mails per day. what i said was I answer somewhere between 30 - 60 emails each day from customers. My workplace gets most the information we need from clients via emails as it is good to have it written down. I also process orders etc etc. But I would guess total answered emails from a external source per day at my workplace is somewhere between 1000 - 3000.
Well you are right about the issue, it is not something that will shake up the community of eve or has significant universal importance, but each customer is to be treated equal.

Well that was a rather good point. Ill just wait patiently for a few more days. Yea i did notice how fast they where to moderate, wich is why the unanswered email got me started wondering if they even answer them.
