The current plan is to raise 10b for this operation by issuing 10,000 @ 1m each. Business Plan: 10b worth of BPOs will be bought and place in C.R.A labs for copying. An alt of my will join to manage the process. To guarantee I won't run off with 10b, a collateral have been provided to C.R.A to hold and will be returned once I bring the BPOs to be locked down. A representative from C.R.A will post here to confirm. Earning and Dividends: 100% of the profit minus the 300m administration and lab fees will be returned in form of dividends. The estimated earning after all the fees are 6-9% monthly. First dividend will be paid 40 days after the the completion of the offering and every 30 days thereafter. All the bpcs would be either sold on open market or sell internally to be used when the 2nd division becomes operational. In the future a separate public corp will be created to handle Invention and Production. EBANK Ricdic Eve-Tech Savings n Loans Zzz	Posted - 2007.11.10 01:01:00 - [5] Ok currently C-R-A holds a Damnation BPO as security whilst MasterTao raises these funds. The bpo has been valued between 15-25b which is far more than this 10b offering. Basically once the business has sold out the OP will buy all the freighter bpo's, and bring them to a system that plays host to Zzz (C-R-A) labs. At this point all freighter bpo's will be locked down as security inside C-R-A and the OP will have a copy alt inside C-R-A to do the copies. Once the freighter bpo's to the value of near 10b (6 bpos @ 1.7) have been locked down, I will unlock the Damnation BPO through a corporate vote and provide it back to the OP. This doesn't guarantee the success of the venture. However it does guarantee against scam (well, I can scam). I have done basically the same thing for LaVista Vista in CAP4U. So still only invest if you believe in the business plan, but this venture is secured against scam. EBANK have purchased/reserved 500m worth of shares.

On the other hand, your attack on your fellow alliance-mate (me) for making the jest about the name of the corporation, was completely uncalled for and rude. Can someone trustworthy please post an IPO thread on maybe a wednesday so I can actually see the post and invest before it is sold out. Christ. Someone needs to open a stock broker business that actually informs you when something is out there to invest in and then takes care of it for you, not just acting as the middleman in the sale.

You want someone to randomly invest in any new IPO that opens without you looking it over to make sure it is a good investment? I would never let someone else decide if I should investment in something, I make those decisions for myself so I have no one to blame but myself it they turn into scams.
