Sorry to call you out Phantom, but you lock things so arbitrarily and it really puts a damper on things here. Either you need to fine tune your moderation skills, or CCP needs to fine tune their forum rules. There are at least 3 threads in GD this morning that were locked for what I see as arbitrary reasons...good/fun discussion were going on within their many pages, and I saw no objective reason they should be locked.
Oh and: IBTL.

You won't get an answer this way. If you really are "upset" about some forum moderators decision, shoot them a petition.

I wasn't looking for an answer, so it's all good. Just voicing an opinion. A petition wouldn't have gotten an answer anyhow.

It's because CCP seems to allocate about 30 minutes per day to moderating their forums. When you don't have regular ongoing moderation and try to do it once per day the baby often gets thrown out with the bathwater.
The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the ho's and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!' and I'll look down, and whisper 'no.' |
