Your ship will be a **** to kill, but how on earth do you plan to kill anything yourself? The DpS is... less than exceptional. Not to mention that you have no tackling gear, so unless you're in a gang your target will just slip away.
Assuming that you ARE in a gang, your ship has pretty much the same role as a duramaller. Given your low DpS and stupid tank, you'll be saved for last.
I can't give you specific advice on how to fit your drake as I don't have much knowledge of how to fit Caldari ship, but the pure passive shield tank, no nothing else setups is definately not a winner in my book... ----------------------------------------------- New sig coming SoonÖ |

Try using HAMs instead of heavies, you'll need someone to tackle ofc but the damage difference is worthit.
I use something like this:
7 HAM Launchers / Whatever fits
1 MWD, 3 Hardeners, 2 LSE
3 BCU, 1 PDS/RCU (what you need to make it fit).
T2 where you can.
Rigs: Core defense field extenders.
Decent DPS, and a nice passive hitpoint tank mean you'll be a lot more useful than with the build you originally posted.

Nice thing about a drake for pvp is all those mid slots. Its a shame to waste them all on tank, especially because no one primaries drakes because they expect a super tank and low damage. Unless you have mad skills which give you at least 20km range with HAMs your dps with HAMs will be lower because targets will be dying before you can get within range.
highs - HMLs (arbalest or T2 with caldari navy scourge heavy missiles) mids - MWD, 24k scram, web, sensor booster, LSE II, Invul II lows - 3x BCU, 1x DCU OR 2x BCU, 1x DCU, 1x I-stab rigs - tanking 5x light ECM drones
The drake in this form is great for gangs because of its high volley damage (more important than sustained DPS in gangs) and its ewar.
A comedy setup, which will probably work because people tend to target drakes last... You will need decent ECM skills...
highs- weapons mids - MWD, sensor booster, invul II or LSE II, 3x race specfic jammers (perhaps 2x gallente and 1x minmatar, 3x caldari... don't do 1 of each). lows - 3x signal distortion amp II, 1x DCU II 5x light ECM drones
Target enemy DPS ships. If you get primaried the MWD and DCU will give you a good chance of getting out, then just come back to the fight at like 70km, continue to apply jamming and missiles.

better go with damps instead of jammers, you'll never be able to jam something without any rigs/low slot signal amps.

see that link for a setup that i'm gonna be playing around with, get some good dps, and depending on how you fit the mids you can either damp, or have an ok tank.

I'm not sure if you read the setup, but it does have signal distortion amps. It will jam, but not permajam. But it'll jam enough to take enemy ships out of the fight.

If I'm pvping in my drake I use the following: 7x heavy launchers, 1x drone link augmentor (cloak if you'd rather) 3x LSE T2, 1x T2 invuln, 1x warp scrambler, 1x passive thermal hardener 4x Shield Power Relay T2 3x Core Defence Purger Rigs 5x T2 light scout drones
Not good against fast ships obviously but if you have another drake they can swap out a webber for the warp scrambler and you'll have a great duo for gate camping. You can still tank the guns and pretty much all but the gankiest of BSs with this set up, and you may be able to last long enough against the BSs to bring them down if their tank sucks (which ganky ones will).

Fitting all depends on WHAT KIND of pvp your getting into. In fleets you might go specific to a role. Solo is a whole different matter. Are you offensive or just want to defend yourself. No one fitting is best. It depends on what YOU want out of your ship.
Your fitting is fine. I would replace the photon field with a second inv field. Your not going to get many (if any) solo kills but that's a fine solid support dps.
Infact your build 1 on 1 would prob make most the other builds posted here flee.

That tanking setup is solid for solo gate camping while sitting next to a high sec system, with a scout alt on the other side to ensure you don't get rushed after you aggro. Although I'd switch the thermal hardner for an EM hardner, and possibly swap an LSE for a sensor booster depending on the sort of targets I wanted to kill (or swap tanking modules for more warp disruptors if you want to kill haulers).
Going solo or with a small gang anywhere else in that setup will get you killed because you won't be able to escape gate camps or more powerful ships. In my experience, everyone in a gate camp will aggro a drake because they don't expect it will be able to MWD to the gate and get away from them.
