hey there I have lost Skill points in game after I was podded but my clone was updated & it seems that I have been put back about 12days my total sp is between two clone upgrades so its very unlikely my clone was not updated.
I have sent a pettion on this bug but its still not been answered its been two days now, What can I do ?
Its the 1st time the char was podded & I always update my clone by about 20m sp as am very rarely in danger of bein podded, I have lost my gallente cruiser 5 / & a few other things about 1 - 2m sp lost it seems ,
Could anyone give me some ideas what I should to do speed things up? Or advice.

You can't speed things up it will take as long as it takes.
And don't be surprised if you receive the normal our logs don't indicate any problems template reply message.
keep pursuing it till its resolved then again im a cynic just plan for the worst.

Our records show that you didnt upgrade your clone.
Ahh well, tbh it doesnt really effect your already achieved skills. One of my lvl5 dropped down to lvl4 but I can still fly the ship that requires lvl5.

This happend to someone i know last night.
but it was the fact that they didnt have there clone updated
btw you lost 1-2 m sp, and thats only 12 days worth of work?
how many sph do you get anyway?

it says 12days to train for the skill now :( not impressed.

Even at that best speed (obviously you have two attributes higher than others) 12 days is 770k.

Same happend to me lost 12 days as well.
they said there logs showed that the clone was not uptodate

Go to the store and buy 5 pounds of smoked salmon, 2 pounds of butter, 1 quart of sour cream and 1 bottle of BBQ sauce and 1 bottle of Hot sauce.
Now use a blender or something and put all the salmon in and puree till its a nice smooth consistancy. Mix in half a bottle of hot sauce and half a bottle of bbq sauce, 1lbs of butter and some salt to taste.. Stir throughly.
Now in a large bowl mix the remainding BBQ sauce, hot sauce, butter and 1/2 the sour cream and whip till its similar to heavy cream.
Now smear the pureed salmon all over yourself and liberally douse with the sauce. Go wander around the business district of your nearest city and offer tastes to anyone that wants one. Remember to bring the extra sour cream.
Once you complete all this.. your petition should be complete and you will be all ready to rock and roll once again.
Remember this must all be done at approx. the same time as you lost your ship so as to balance.

new update found a log which shows my clone was updated 8days before I died with a much higher buffer then what I had.. so all skills should be saved.
All I can do now is wait.

Don't worry, i lost 1.2 mil SP's and had to train gallente cruiser V back, plus other skills that i had at higher levels, and i had the clone updated so don't think too much about that.
Hope you don't get the same answer i did, the usual...

Why is is always when Cruiser V is being trained?
I lost time too from Cruiser V after it was trained. Weird.

Sorry to say this but lost SP has happen to just about every one at some time in eve.
Just do 2 thinks please Bug Report it and Petition it.
This way they find out about what has happen and can keep a record of the problem.

Never give up dude, I know they say they don't reimburse stuff, but if you know you are right, never give up.
EVE lack customer oriented service for sure... if we lose SP due to game bug, we should get it back. If we lose ship/modules due to game bug we should get it back, even he destroyed ones.. Don't come and say that reimbursing a few extra mills worth would ruin the economy because it wouldn't, and atleast it shouldn't be the victim that had to pay the price.

i lost bc 5 but was still able to fly my claymore so u can still use it u just dont get that 5th buff from ya skill.
also if ur mails says u had a upgraded clone ya safe try to find the purchase records anywhere. u will prob get a auto reply saying it ur fault so had the logs ready
I would rather fight bob than old friends. personal feelings aside |

The same thing has happened to me twice, the first time i thought i had forgoten to update.
And the other time when i knew i was going to die, i checked my clone at least 3 times, i petitioned and they said i had not updated it...

CCP, according to your logs, when was the clone last updated and to what level?
When they say that according to their logs you bought a 15 million SP clone on date xyz, you can ask them how it is that you have a 20 million SP clone in your bay, that apparently you didn't buy?
Or am i missing something?
