I havne't done anything wrong to warrent any kinds of bans at all.... I would like to know WHY my account has been suspended and what needs to be done to resolve this issue.....I was able to log on earlier today with no problems, and then was kicked off and now cannot log back in.
The aco**** is under Titas Agor Char.....
I have checked my account and there IS money in my bank account and i also called up my bank and say there is no problem with my card... Can you please reactive my aco**** pls....
I have petitioned this... and aparently the email to the customer support no longer exsists, i got my email bounced straight back in a matter of 5 seconds

as far as i know CCP does not automaticley rebill you once your subscription ends, try reactivateing your account, sounds like thats all this is. -

Yes, check if you actually got billed. Also afaik accounts are sometimes suspended for investigations which might be started if you've had some dealings with someone who has done something wrong.

I somehow doubt that. Suspended accounts usually imply this, and they don't always tell you why you've been suspended. Click the "My Petitions" in the EVE support in the bar at the left side of the website. Create a petition asking why you were banned. ___________

well i haven't actually bought anything cept ammo for the past several weeks..... only thing i bought was a dark blood medium smartbomb off contracts.... they better not have susepnded me for that.... im gonna be ****ed

Try petitioning in-game rather than e-mail (use a trial account if you must). And has anyone been allowed on your account? Friends, corpmates, anything? And is your password easy to guess? (Could be a simple case of easy password guessing.)
If you truely did nothing wrong, a petition should fix the issue.

yep absolutely no one knows my account details... no one... and i seriously havne't done anything wrong at all... i put a petition with this char, which is actually my wife's.... but i shouldn't have to deal with this...

Normally the billing renews if you pay by credit card, in your case it seems it failed to renew. Make sure you submit a petition in the Billing category and our Customer Support will get to your case and help you out.
Also, it is spelled "account", your spelling got caught in our bad word filter.

Isn't it about time CCP brought in joint-accounts for EVEs married users? :) or just plain admit that it is fine for members of a household to use the same account?
Three characters per account, one for daddy, one for mommy, and one for little johnny? makes sense, no?

I am 90% sure that kieron stated in a forum post that the account-sharing rules don't apply to direct family members in the same household but I can't seem to find that post and eve-search isn't helping :/.

This also happened to my Alt. I tried to reactivate my Alt account with the same Credit Card and it gave me the Same ERROR. I tried a different Credit card and same ERROR it is like the account is locked. I put a petition in. the question is how long until it is fixed??

Even if he did not say it, there is no way for this to be enforced as they cant prove some one else from the same house is on the account (IE: How are they going to know its dad, the son, or the parent.). Though, I remember hearing something like this as well.
Also, having 3 people sharing 1 account between 3 different characters would suck...
edit: About the only *real* way they could prove fairly well there is account sharing going on, is if one minute the account is logged in from an IP in the US some where, and the next its logged in from some where in the UK (Obviously my point being, if the IP is logged in from one location, then another location too far away to be reached within the time between the last login, they have something).

Right then, Well since the only person that hasn't seemed to reply to this post would be the person would owns the account. Which would be me! Okay then. First things first. These accounts are TWO different account, which happens to be on TWO different computers(thats right boys and girls we have his and her computers). There are some real smart people out there that didn't seem to put that fact into play. Why does it seem like such a big deal that a "wife" would be playing eve. Oi get over it. As far as "little Johnny" goes your out of luck on that one, because I don't seem to have one of those running around.

Titas went on my account to find out why his account was disabled and to make sure what he was doing to get the issue resloved was correct. And perhaps have a GM see his post on here, but just his luck he gets a few helpful people, no GM and many more stupid comments. For those of you who were kind enough to post help & advice it was/is much appreciated. And those that were making funnies, get over yourself already.

I made a similar post a few days ago. Turns out my alt account didn't get automatically deducted the same way my main account does. Try checking account management for suspended account. Sorry if this was already tried and not the issue, didn't read all the posts in thread.

We never recommend account sharing, but in the case of immediate families, living in the same house or apartment, we don't take any actions. Obviously, the one you endanger most when you share your account for whatever reason is yourself.
You won't find a GM to help you out on the forums, they work through petitions only.

Raynia, are you using a debit card? My bank recently stopped authorizing out-of country transactions because of fraud, unless I call and make arrangements beforehand. I called around, and a lot of banks are doing that these days.
I ended up having to use one of the direct check payment methods, which sucks, because it costs an extra $3 a month. Probably gonna start using a credit card soon. _________________________________________________________

-.- okay, that is good to know. But we don't share one account. We have two different accounts on two different eve clients which are on two different machines. Which means we can log on at the same time with no problem. It would just be like those player that have 4 different account which have all 4 accounts logged on.
just to make that perfectly clear: 2 accounts 2 computers 2 different people ^.^
and as far as the GM's go, they can take a look at the patitions that have been sent in. And hopefully this will be resolved quickly. So basically this issue is now closed on the forum. Titas was just looking for advice on what to do about this whole mess.
When there is a question that needs to become a little more clear to what the answer is, forums are the best bet, as not may 'authority' like ppl seem to have the answer. there is always that one or two forum guru that seems to have the right answer.
Anyways, issue has been patitioned and hopefully GM's will resolve matter soon. |

I had this happen as well, all I did was re-enter my card details to reactivate the account - unless you've tried this a couple times as well, a petition is just wasting the GMs' time.
Perhaps if you're using Visa Electron as I am it might have something to do with that. I think there was indeed some confusion when entering my card details again, but eventually it worked... if the Visa Electron option doesn't work, try using the Visa option instead. -- ¬Me, ¬now.
