I got a truckload of LP since i never had any decent offers back in the old LP system days, from my level 4 agent.
Now , with the advent of the LP store , i can blow it on something ... finally.
However , i don't need anything from what the corporation gives me , so on what should i spend LP to get a higher profit , or has the market already stabilised ?
I gave EVE a bit of rest for a month so this is somewhat overwhelming. - Arkanon: EXPLAIN YOURSELF, EVILDOER! Sharkbait: Dude.

Depends on where you are and which corporation you have the LPs with.
Personally I find Skill Books and faction ammo both give a good rate of return since they're both in high demand, but you'll have to judge the return yourself.

Edited by: Toria Nynys on 18/08/2007 23:27:20 As the above poster said, completely depends on the faction and corp. You're going to have a rough time cashing out a million+ SPs with skillbooks.
If it's a non-combat corp (read: not navy) you may have nexus chips available as offers. Those are bought by NPCs at 1000 isk/lp, and are the best way to cash out.
Caldari LP store has plenty of items which are in demand. Some corp LP stores have nothing but implants. Tell us who it's with, and we may have better ideas.
The LP store is why I've gone from -6 faction standings to Amarr to positive in a month or so as a side effect of grinding Caldari. =)

I don't know why people say this is good, 1000 isk / lp is not a good value for your lp it's the absolute minimum you should ever consider. It's not that hard to get at least 2000 isk/lp if you do your homework and check current prices on stuff. ---------------------------------------- A Guide to Scan Probing in Revelations |

You'd be surprised how many people still waste their LP on things that barely offer 500 ISK/LP, even less.
I do think 1000 ISK/LP is the bare minimum acceptable, but Jita market prices seem to go against that... you're hard-pressed to find stuff in the LP store you wouldn't rather buy off contracts or the Jita market instead of using up your LPs to acquire it.
Personally, I only use LPs to "buy off" stuff I can't find at all, or goes over the 1000 ISK/LP on the market/contracts. Examples include implants like the ZMM1000 (damn expensive) or PG8 (you just can't find any on contracts) and faction ammo. Almost everything else goes for far less than 1000 ISK/LP in Jita.
Hell, at 1000 ISK/LP, an unrigged CNR should cost around 780 mil ISK, or at least 840 mil with CCC rigs. See for how much you can buy one now off contracts.

check around in various regions as starbase charters can be a decent return depending on buy orders. --------------- This sig has been censored in fear of recieving the ban hammer... |

Skill books have thus far been my number one loyalty point expenditure so far, but I have also spent some LP on a +4 implant. Personally, I think the faction ammo is a bit of a waste, and I doubt I'll have enough LP for faction ships any time soon. ---
