If I put like 5-7 hours a week to running lvl 4's in a raven (faction fitted) How much could I make?

depends on which missions and how fast you do em , connection skills you have , agent quality and sec rating, if you loot/salvage or not , etc
some missions lev 4 can net you 50 mil if salvaged as well but can take a few hours if you re no fast bunny , some a mil but done in 5 mins .

Anywhere between 10 and 70 mil per hour. Though the 70 is a purely theoretical value since you will never get 1 hour worth of the best missions. Realistic with a simple cookiecutter fit is 15-25 mil per hour I guess.
There is no 'n' in turret There is no 'r' in faction There is no 'a' in Scorpion There is no 'e' in Caldari There is no makeup in rogue drones |

The trick to this is, loot and salvage everything. Reprocess anything you don't want to keep. Stockpile the salvage to make rigs on the side. Look at what salvage your missions drop, and get BPO's for the rigs accordingly.
A half dozen lvl 4's will, in addition to bounties and rewards, typically net you two to three rigs, and enough mins to build a BC or BS and sell it.
After 2 days of running 3 hours worth of missions after work this week I had 70 mil in bounty and rewards. Then I built a Myrmidon and 2 armor rigs and sold 'em. Adds up real fast!!!

I would say about salvage that depends on your running speed. If you will get more in bounties and LP than looting/salvaging (i dont mean 'oooh but i got arbalest 3 hours ago' but average) then it's more reasonable to get next mission.
It's highly situational, but 20 - 25 mil / h in faction fitted CNR is good ballbark on average.

so if I was running like 5-7 hours worth of misions a week with salvage and lp. It shouldnt be had for me to afford a gtc to run the account with isk to spare right?

Some rats ships are barely worth salvaging, whilst others can net you a fortune in rig material. I managed to salvage 37 melted capacitors from just one lvl 4 mission the other night, plus a load more rig material worth a fair bit. That which does not kill us makes us stronger. He said 5-7 hours/week, not 5-7 hours/day...

5 hours a week is 20 hours a month. Even at the lower bound of 10m/hr that's 600M / 90 days, or 1.5 GTCs.
But if you're planning on just buying a faction fitted raven with GTC upfront as a business, be careful. The people giving you mission running advice are seasoned L4 runners with lots of SP devoted to carebearing (including social skills) and lots of mission grinding experience. If you're a 1 million SP character a faction fitted CNR will probably not last you your first 5 hour L4 session.
My advice is get a cheapie t2 fitted raven and run all the missions to get a feel for income, then multiply your income by 1.5 or so to get an idea of what a faction CNR will bring in.

As last poster stated lev 4 missions are more about real player experience than sp or expencive setup. Small things that add up like for example knowledge that you can shoot angel spies in worlds collide serpentis stage yourself if they are agressed on you but your gangmates or droes will cause mass agro and very high dps on you.
Few losses are expected and quite normal during 'learning the ropes'. Sites with mission descriptions and triggers are also very helpful but all of them are not 100% accurate.
Even in T2 fitted Raven you will be able to afford GTC with 5h / week playing time towards that goal. In running say gurista extravagnza relatively slowly and safe taking 2h per mission (record times for solo raven are around 40 minutes, normal for t2 fitted raven is 1 h to 1h 20 min) you will earn approx 18 .. 20 mil in bounties (plus LP) netting all together 180 to 200 mil (plus LP) whitch is quite enough for timecode.

It seems I'm, somewhat, unlucky. My agents don't give me AE or GE that often, it's like 1 AE for each 30 missions, same for GE, and because of that, my mathematics are not based in doing Angel Extravaganza 5 hours/week, maybe I'm loosing some point here, dunno, "living and learning".
Apart from not getting the best missions all the times, I have some other problems, like chat channels, salvaging, looting, helping friends standing up with some Corp, being wardeced by griefers, etc... But if you forget all these aspects of the game and start doing only missions, missions and more missions you will make enough ISK to pay for the GTC. It's a matter of making ISK versus having FUN, IMHO.
