This is his previous auction This auction contains the smoking guns The pictures I have seen directly from the owner make it pretty clear there is some fishy business going on. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM

Dont worry I suspect he have reported you so you dont need to ask him to. Even if you are not scamming there are certainly suspect things there which is enough to make it very hard to sell to anyone with more then two braincells.
