He has several previous attempts to auction the character and abandons them once I call him out on it. On top of that he is only showing 6.2 billion ISK of transactions for a character he supposly paid 10 billion for. Past Auction I hope you see pictures or get a "Brutus king" survey. Now if you can just answer why there are so many transactions coming from so many people and so many people sending you generous amounts of ISK and why they are sending it in increments of 250/500M instead of one transaction from each player I think you should be clear.

You are trying to launder ISK via character sales. To all potential bidders, don't support the ISK selling menace, there is only one reason to 'launder' ISK. I'm going to leave it at that.
