I took up exploring today again and located an archeology / salvaging complex in Orfrold. "Profession - ArcSal - base 2 - low sec - angel" is the exact name of it.
So I kill the rats, and it is time to gather all the phat loot. However there is a problem. Angel Waste and Angel Wreck containers give me the following message when I am trying to salvage them:
"You can not access the angel waste without specialized equipment". Replace waste with wreck for the other ones.
So I try my analyzer on them, and get the following: "You can not do that. The module you use on the spawn container needs to have the following in its skill requirement: salvaging".
Confused. Does anybody else have the same problem, and are there any solutions?

Is this a difficulty access thing? Perhaps your salvaging skill is not high enough? Or perhaps you want a couple of salvage tackle rigs? I have heard of people getting this message, and was told to get skills up higher to avoid it.

it seems to be a bug since the patch.. hopefully they fix it soon!

Hm, it might be if it was recently introduced. I did a similar site a few months ago before Rev II and it worked.
I thought salvaging skill affected the chance of successful salvage therefore speeding up the process as fewer attempts were needed. Same with rigs. Please correct me if I am wrong.

It is a bug, it was signaled multiple times in the Rev 2 bug thread, but do a bug report the same.
