Does anybody know what the standing requirements are for the Khanid event agent Tori Aman at the Hishai gate in Agil? I swear that long ago the agent info for that agent said that a Khanid standing of 7.00 or greater was needed. But now when I go there it just gives the same old useless æThis agent provides missions to any pilot that meets standing requirementsÆ line.
I got my Khanid standings up to 7.22 base, 7.66 modified now and she still wonÆt talk. So does anybody know for sure what the requirements are for this one? Also what does she give? I heard that itÆs just a +5 implant, which ainÆt what they used to be anyway.
As a side beef itÆs really annoying that none of the event agents like that bother to even give a hint as to what their standing requirements are. It doesnÆt have to be an exact list in agent info, but some hint as to what you need to use the agent would be nice. It would save a lot of useless trips just to see if theyÆll talk to you.
edit: Oh yeah also the agent info standings tab is only giving Royal Khanid Navy standing, which makes it look like they only want corp standing, even though it's faction standing that they require. Also my Khanid Navy standing is 9.76 (9.80 modified) so even if corp standing was the requirement I would have that met most likely.

Sorry but I have no idea what you're talking about.
So nobody has used this agent ever? Nobody has 8 or 9 standing to Khanid that hasn't used him and would want to take a look to see if he talks to you, and report back your findings?
Someboby has to know what the deal with this guy is.

She is supposed to give out a faction ship. The "Improving Relations" mission like the agents at the gates in Otitoh and other places.
She is at the Agil gate now? The Eve-Online DB says she's at: Kihtaled VIII - Moon 7 - Royal Khanid Navy Assembly Plant

In my experience, if the agents are not in a station then it displays their location incorrectly.

From what I remember reading long ago, you need 9.0 faction standing for Tori, and you get one random +5 implant. Which was quite valuable back then too. Nowadays it would be totally worthless. And of course it is only heresay, no idea if it is true or not. I do think I remember some desperate 'why charisma!' cries though.
