Wanted in regards to illegal cloning experimentation!
Wanted as one of several for the participation of
research containing the outlawed Sansha Kuvakei by
Intukaki scientists financed by several private
business and cartels.
Large amounts of confiscated data from the Gallente
task force who had been the original attack that had
broken the back of the Sansha Nation shattering it in
to the form we see it today.
This data was procured illegally from federation
vaults and used to create a clone composed of inter
grafted D.N.A from numerous sources, this clone from
our investigations was then grown and whiles in
infancy implanted data of the research data that
spawned itÆs creation before being tutored like a
normal person, this abomination has been sighted for
termination and study of its remains.
The reward of two hundred million isk has been issued
for his apprehension or termination upon delivery of
the body.

3LL3 again hmm? Wasn't that imbecile Sage after him not long ago? My sympathy. In any case, don't take offense if you find yourself in my sights 3LL3. I can't be bothered to track you down, nor do I think you deserve that, but if you happen into my homesystems then I may very well capitalize upon it, given that I don't give much thought to execution of capsules.

1 day out of the university and she's already offering 200 million isk bounties on random pod pilots...........even if you aren't a clone jack (my money's on Darth Sage pulling the strings) how are we supposed to believe you even have the 200 mil to pay the bounty? Let alone anything else you've said. Things may have changed since I graduated, but people 1 day out of the university don't usually get a care package of 200 million isk; but maybe the University of Callie are alot more extravagant than most schools. This whole affair is a joke in bad taste, move along people, nothing to see here.

You could always fight the induvidual in question but given that the En-Slavers seem to have a defect in thier ships that casues them to explode everytime they undock I would think twice about that if I were you.

I find it rather odd that a member of the OBSA would consider a known terrorist "honorable," and that placing a bounty on his head was unjust. While this "intermediary" is almost certianly associated with the despicable En-Slavers, no righteous Amarr should speak in defense of terrorists, regardless of the circumstances.

Now wouldn't some thing like this which PIE has done, be classed as an act of terrorism?

No 3, that would be an act of war. Much like the actions that led PIE to declare war on us in the first place.
The last time I checked we have never arranged the sabotage of their clones, ships and facilities. Neither have we attacked their planetside holdings and non capsuleer family with bomb, trap, poison and ambush. I suspect if PIE met real terrorists they wouldn't bleat about how dastardly we are so loudly. Unfortunately PIE's definition seems to be "Any non Amarrian who fights, and that we don't like."

I was perhaps rather hasty in labelling you a terrorist. EM's diplomatic interraction with Delictum 23216 distinguishes it from the rest of the rebel scum who dare to challenge the Eternal Empire.
However, Electus Matari's continued association with Ushra'Khan, Fate Weavers, and Fimbulwinter obfuscates the nature of your alliance. Remember, if one lies down with dogs, they tend to get up with fleas. If your organization seeks to become a more legitimate entity, perhaps it should distance itself from the likes of the aforementioned.
My question regarding the conduct of the "Blessed" Sister Scythe still stands though.

they could do that Mr abai but then everyone knows the Amarrians seek to divide and conquer and since PIE openly attack why would anyone bother to try and change themselves again it seems more like a command of "do what we want you todo or we will keep on shoting you" doesnt seem like an offer of peaceful co existance to me but more of PIE again telling people how and what todo like some petulant child you seem to think we are.
and besides that i think we at the UK would miss all te backslapping to EM and vica versa to much...

Their loud protests to the contrary, this does smell dreadfully like an EnSlaver ploy. Though I'm not overly fond of it, the Federation is at least addicted to its "good-guy" self image. If the Federation wanted biological data on Mr. 3ll3, it seems much more likely that they'd send him a politely-worded letter requesting his cooperation in a study or, failing that, get an agent to snitch a DNA sample or thirty (humans and human-like organisms leave a pretty constant trail of such samples, after all) and maybe get a bio-sign reading while he sleeps, through the wall from the quarters next door.
Declaring an individual an "abomination" and trying to acquire his body for proper vivisection betrays a distinctly Amarr way of thinking. The Gallente, I suspect, would have had no problem with Sansha's Nation had Sansha practiced his arts exclusively on himself and various volunteers (in the literal, not the euphemistic, sense). The Amarr, or former Amarr, in this case, would seem much more inclined to slap on the "abomination against God and man" label, and proceed accordingly.

Not to mention the fact that, strangely enough, the Gallante Federation has posted on Galnet before. Therefore the only valid reason they would use a middleman would be maintain anoymnity; which this supposed agent has already blown sky high.
Regardless if anyone is dumb enough to fall for this ploy it won't just be 3 they'll be fighting if they try to collect that "bounty".
