No this is not what Ginger said.All he said was that he would find Miz in real life.NO threat of any kind was made to his person.Miz knows from the 3 months that he spent on teamspeak with us that this was just idle heat of the moment talk and something Ginger did not mean at all.He merely petitioned it cause he is afraid to face the consequences of his actions in game and is much happier if GM was not around to hunt him.
why are u talking in the third person ginger?

Miz is not accountable for Gingers actions, however if that was all ginger put in local I would think ginger possibly already has warnings against him or its another over the top GM giving out perma ban instead of temp ban.

I find your post incredible tbh. You're seriously saying that RL threats should be allowed in eve if the person was provoked by something in a computer game? Can you imagine the legal implications this could have on ccp? my opinion aside here for a moment but no game support team can be seen to be allowing RL threats in their game or they would suffer legal reprocussions.
And in other case imo i think that's just plain dumb. If someone is so easily angered to do something like that from a game then i think he needs to take a long hard look at his life.

Let me answer this to you in the most clear way possible.
I have absolutely no respect for people that scam others or smack, and even less than nothing for people that act, write or think that they are "more" than others, the last part includes you.
See i don't care much on how cool someone appears, or the direction in wich the mob is runing, and i don't feed my ego like tiller, miz and ginger, even you, based on other peoples ass kissing.
Be that in foruns or in game, i play the way i like it and give my opinions when and wherever i want.
In this case i think that they BOTH deserve a ban, because what you fail to see is that Ginger is just a nutcase that vented off his agression by making an idle threat, the point is that others may not got it?
Baning both would show that the behaviour shown by either part is not tolerated has there is a severe lack of respect for other gamers.
So excuse me if i stand by what i think is right, if i don't kiss your ass like many, or agree with tiller and others just because its funny and gives me a cool apearance in the foruns, and happen to think more than 2 minutes ahead in the future.
Perhaps taunting isn't the right word to describe the situation but you got my point and if you have any problem with my reply then boohoo, i couldn't care less.
Ok i think the first thing you need to do is sit down and have a nice relaxing drink of tea. Put your feet up, maybe see a professional and allocate some time to your feelings, you're in a safe place. There is nothing to worry about, wooooooo saaaaaaaa
You seem to be getting soooooo anxious over this and i have no clue why.
Possibly what you fail to see is that people being respectful to pvp'ers who have been around since the beginning of this game is not ass kissing. Insulting myself and many others now on several occasions is however pretty low.
Now as regards to the issue it really has no relavance what you think of scamming. i personally don't really like or agree with it but it does not break any rules, nothing miz did broke rules. What GM did broke the rules in a big way. It really is that simple.

tbh i have heard from so many ex snowy members in convo about how bad GM treated his corpmates and others and everyone has been witness to his annoying ego on eve-o but if that's all he said then i think a perma ban is a bit harsh. temp ban for sure but that's a little extreme. however examples have to be made and this will shine as a very good one.
i don't feel much sorry for him on account of how he treats others but a temp ban of a month or 2 might well have sufficed. unless it got worse than that.
