Well where to begin...
We started the day enjoying a camp with our mothership pilot Miz Cenuij in Otou and all was well in the world.A few kills a few bits of loot.After another a few camps and the usual Snowy pawnage it came to around 6pm and most guys had gone afk for the pub or food or whatever.My dear corpmate Miz says to Ginger that now is the time to transfer the Nyx after agreeing a price of 26bill ealier in the week.
Now Miz is an extremely well known scammer and during his 3 months or so in the corp he was involved in at least 3 fake mothership sales netting him around 25-30bill.He claimed that he was tired of the Nyx and willing to sell it to Ginger in order to get himself a titan.
After much haggling he agreed to an 8.5bill 1/3 payment where he would then eject Ginger would pay him another 11.5bill to make 20 and the rest over the next 2 weeks when funds allowed.Well this was all agreed and Miz proceeded to gang Ginger and he warped to the safe spot where the Nyx was located.8.5bill was transferred to Miz's account and then Miz proceeded to activate his 4 officer smartbombs and ofc Ginger was pod killed and Octobersnow 8.5bill out of pocket which even for us is a big loss.
Tbh we had half expected it and it was worth the risk to have the opportunity of obtaining a Nyx for Ginger.
Subsequent to this Ginger proceeded to hunt Miz with his Moros and other corp members cynoing in to 2 different systems whereupon miz would immediately cyno out.Eventually he was tracked to sieside and actually it was found out that he had logged out on HORZA PHLEBAS his alt who he uses for all the scams on nyx sales and this character was now piloting the Nyx with Miz in a curse.
Well this was unexpected and Miz was now traced to the hq station in sieside of Kleptomaniacs who at first showed no hostility to me and in convo with their ceo he denied having any affliation with Miz.Tiller u were always a bad liar.
After at first holding fire on a snowy cyno alt in an npc corp small ships from Klepto proceeded to destroy the alts probe after I had cynoed in outside their hq.
At this point the full scale of the conspiracy became evident and Ginger began engaging Klepto members outside the station with his moros in siege mode.During this combat Miz hid inside the station(get used to it kelpto members).
One Klepto drake was destroyed and others ran off.
Ofc at this point there was some smack talk in local and not surprisingly Ginger was somewhat angry first of all at his own stupidity for trusting Miz and second of all for the betrayal of Klepto and their ceo.
Miz being well aware because of his time in Snowy just what a dastardly enemy Ginger would prove to be immediately petitioned Ginger at the first wrong sentence he unfortunately uttered in the heat of battle.
Ginger was just undocking for another go at the Klepto blob when the dread info box popped up concerning forced game disconnection and he knew his fate at once.
Upon checking mail the worse fears were confirmed with a message of perma banning.
Here ends the story of the day for now.Eve's most famous player banned because of a little scamming coward who doesnt have a 1/10 of his pvp skills or balls.
Enjoy your time with Miz klepto members and lets just hope he treats u as well as he treated GM...

No this is not what Ginger said.All he said was that he would find Miz in real life.NO threat of any kind was made to his person.Miz knows from the 3 months that he spent on teamspeak with us that this was just idle heat of the moment talk and something Ginger did not mean at all.He merely petitioned it cause he is afraid to face the consequences of his actions in game and is much happier if GM was not around to hunt him.

This is a different set of circumstances. He was permabanned once before and wrangled his way out of it down to a two week ban. He was on his absolutely final warning and should have known better.

Ginger has never been perma banned and the last 2 occasions he got banned were setups or mistakes which were quickly retracted by CCP.In this case Ginger made no threat to kill anyone and we have the logs to prove it.No doubt the matter of the ban will be quickly resolved.This thread was merely to inform the Eve public of current events.

Just to be clear Ginger is not a bad ceo who steals isk from his corpmates.If that were the case there must be 25 really stupid people in his corp.The corp policy is clearly laid out to all members before they join.All ship losses which are not the result of stupidity on the corp members part are replaced less the standard insurance which u put in the corp wallet.On top of this and while not specifically stated members receive a lot of help with fittings and modules often way beyond what they could afford out of their own wallets.
If people didnt like and enjoy being in snowy no one is holding a gun to their heads and forcing them to stay.Several of our members in fact joined Klepto but returned to Snowy when they discoverd just how disorganised and poorly led the corp was and the vast numbers camping the gates meant that their share of the loot amounted to diddly squat.
Once again all that Ginger said in local during the combat was that he would find Miz in real life.Nothing else nothing more.If this deserves a perma ban then I should imagine that any player of 3yrs or more with a few warnings on his account may as well quit now and get it over with cause they wont be many left very soon...

Are u worried that everyone will see the name of HORZA PHLEBUS miz.I believe u are well aquainted with him.Doesnt he fly a nyx which is permanently on sale?
Face the fact that this time u messed with the wrong guy and your CCP connections and friendly Gms wont save u in the end.

I repeat the only thing Ginger said in the heat of the moment and after being taunted in local by Miz and other members of Klepto is that he would find him in rl.This was not something he meant or would ever carry out.Its just a game and we all have to learn to take our losses.The amount of Ginger hate in this thread is unbelieveable.People should really ask themselves if they would like their own accounts perma banned having played the game and developed their character for 4 yrs for one sentence spoken in haste in the middle of combat while being under severe provocation.
Now it seems that Klepto are so scared of the consequences of their actions that will do or say anything to try to keep Ginger banned.

Lets be clear.Ginger did not threaten to kill or do any harm of any kind to Miz Cenuij or anyone else.
Just because Ginger has killed u time and again and u would prefer to see him out of game for good does not make his banning justified.I'm sure that CCP will reach the right decision in this matter and see that his ban is not permanent.Octobersnow has already been contacted by an Eve-TV representative to do a story on Ginger.
His fame and name in the game are legendary and to ban him for a one line phrase in local is not fair and doesnt make any sense.

As it stands Ginger is still banned and is unable to petition because he cannot access any aspect of the eve web site cause his account is banned.He has replied to the ban email sent to his email address but has not received any response so far.
If anyone has any further suggestions that would be appreciated.The chat logs of this incident have been saved and ofc it is wrong to ask for special favours for any character but I dont think many other characters in Eve would generate a 9 page and counting thread about one incident.
I feel that more then one GM needs to look at this in any event.

Well it seems Crom is banned as well now.Congrats to all the petitioners who have now got all my accounts banned and I am totally unable to play Eve anymore.Maybe Goonfleet were right.
