Hey
Am still a noob compared to most players, only been playing for a few months and the corp am in have just had war declared on them and it's completely unjustified, they said it's for fun. We're just a small mining corp trying to make some money and now we're lock in our station because we have no real pvp players. Anyone got any ideas to help us?

Get some friends / join another corp / hire mercs / disband the corp and recreate it / or wait it out in the staions and don't tell them nothing no fun in waiting for a target to undock

Get into some combat ships and defend yourselves! If that is absolutely not an option (you can only fly frigates and they have you station camped with BC's for example) then leave your current corp and join one with some guys that can defend themselves.

All wars are justified. A war for fun and the thrill of the kill is as good a reason as any.
I suggest you grow a pair and defend yourselves. There are some high slots on some other ships (hint, they're the ones you take on missions) use them. Unless you like spinning your ships in station and handing over your mining modules after you go pop.

Tell your pilots to go elsewhere for a week. Don't give them kills and they'll leave you alone. Otherwise, if you pop ISK like a pinata does candy, expect for it to continue.

If you have at least 10-15 players online at once:
1) Get out of any implants you have using jump clones, if possible. 2) Get a few hundred T1-fitted frigates ready. They should not cost more than 500k-600k each, maximum. The less, the better. 3) Suicide into the enemy gangs and try to kill at least one ship.
Its really great fun even if you have almost no combat skillpoints, and most importantly, your enemy gets no loot whatsoever and you can laugh your heads off.

Let them kill you in rookie ships until it isn't fun for them anymore. Don't give them an opportunity to have fun. Eat pizza while you spam them to boredom with constant rookie ships that are free.
Of course don't die at stations because eventually someone will petition you for leaving wrecks at the undock port and you'll end up getting in trouble. Because it's your fault. It's all your fault >=| ---

FYI,
With the new training plans you can now create a character right out of the box that can fly kestrels and use missiles and the clone is under the default 900K limit.
Make a bunch of alts and have them join the corp and follow the plans laid out by others in above posts.
Have some fun and the cost will be min. Especially sense your industrial just buy the folowing QTY-1 Kestrel BPO QTY-1 Standard Missile Launcher I BPO QTY-1 Bloodclaw Light Missile BPO
And make a ton of ships and have a blast
IF one of your corp mates has a covert ops then have him/her find them and park @ 10 /20/50 etc KM out and jump in on top of the fools it won't take long before they get tired of it. ANd you get a little PvP experience @ the same time

Go to a system 50 jumps away and wait there for a month. After they've spend millions of isk doing nothing but waiting, they'll stop. If they don't, then let them drain themselves dry whilst you mine in another region. Yes, it is technically a retreat, but if you truely don't want to fight....

post with your main...war decs are there for a reason. If a corp seems to be comprised mostly of industrials and looks to offer a good reward then why not war dec them. It's not like the war decs are cheap these days.

Why should you be completely safe in hi-sec? You want isk with no risk eh? Well if that's the case then join a noobcorp. They can't be wardecced. All you'd have to worry about then are suicide gankers.
CCP's already been too easy on you carebears.

Yes because, god forbid, they'd like to play the game in a way that they find fun.
I kind of agree, but you shouldn't be so cruel to someone who's asking for help. Less bashing, more constructivness. ------------------------------------------------- Attention Devs, for every isk you send me one member of your family will be returned safely.

Did something like this when I was young, was a blast .
To the OP, just as you were declared upon through the game's open-ended mechanics, use those same mechanics to fight back or evade your attackers.
Ultimately, EVE is like real life. You might want to just mind your own business, and be peaceful, but someone will see a motivation for attacking you and do it. Its up to you how to react to the problem, either fight back, run away, or use your money or diplomatic skills to bring in friends.

War dec's on the whole favour the ganker and victimizer more than anything else. It should not cost a flat amount for a wardec, more or less a matter of:
(War Dec'er Corp Members / War Dec'ee's Corp Members) * base rate.
OR (As in, whichever is greater.)
1% of Corp liquid assets per day.
This way, those freaking huge corporations out in 0.0 have a money sink to get rid of all that T2 BPO market-*****ISK, and smaller corporations (1 man, for example) are still targetable, but not griefable. If your 100 man corp wants to attack Joe Blow Gallentes 1-man POS corp, expect to pay for it.
Additionally, corporations should not be allowed to war dec within the first month of existance, to counter people trying to start one man corps to dec, than hiring 100 people to get the rights.

okay your in a 30 person corp, they Rush industris are a 9 member corp, there is nothing that kills the fun of a fight faster than blobbage. Get out there and Blob them - hire a corp to help you out - or just get into some cheap ships in jump clones and have a bit-o-fun.
If you won't fight and/or hire some help then just log on to change skills for a week or two, to bad you can no longer give the privateers a bit o cash and they would declare war on them no questions asked.
If you need ideas or some help beyond what is posted in the forums drop me a note in-game.

if youre CEO is smart he will simply seek out a friendly corp ( better still a small alliance and offer to roll all willing members into that) costs more to dec an alliance than a corp

if you dont want to fight them ( i have 2 miners myself so i can very well imagine this) a way to be safe is to move to a newb corporation, you cant be wardecced in there. Keep the ceo or an alt made ceo in the current corp and theyll be facing an empty war ;)

If you must avoid the war at all costs, and don't want to enter the noob corp, just create a new corp, everyone leaves current corp and joins the new one, rinse and repeat if the war dec keeps coming.
GM's say its not an exploit to do that.

LOL - Here is a prime example - Is he flying to the aid of the OP? Is he imparting advice on what to do? Is he sending ISK to aid the fight?
Or is he an cowardly alt - engaging in out of date reflex-trolling?
