Potential Investors, thankyou for considering investing in my offering.
This is the second bond issue I have undertaken, the first was [LMTA] and it was very sucessful, selling out in under 2 days. This offering has some different features which I am sure you will find appealing.
The link to my original thread is here, so please check that out for all the "who are you" and "how can we trust you" type questions. Also please dont reply to the thread and necro it.
I am going to invest this isk in various projects, like I did with the capital raised from the first bond offering. The bulk of it will go into expanding my capital ships business furthur. These are bonds, not shares, so they give the holders no voting rights in regards to the running of the business, because the returns are not linked to the corporation's performance.
The Offer
I am selling 40,000 bonds for 1m isk each. Each bond will have a fixed monthly return of 7% of the purchase price, or 70,000 isk. The dividend will be paid on the first of each month. These bonds are perpetuities which means there is no fixed date of maturity, they keep going similar to shares.
There will be a buyback option however. I will buy up to 5% of the bonds per month for people that need isk quickly. I will also buy them all back at some date in the future, and when I decide to exercise that option, I will pay the investors a bonus 10% premium on top of their monthly interest.
If anyone excercises the early buyback option, rather than selling them on the open market, the following rates will apply:
2nd - 15th of the month: 90% of face value.
16th - end of the month: 95% of face value.
This is to stop people abusing the system by purchasing bonds at the end of the month then after getting a dividend, selling them back for a quick profit. On a similar note, people purchasing bonds from me in the second half of the month (excluding May - first interest payment will be for June) will recieve their bonds on the 2nd of the following month.
As explained in the thread from my last IPO, if I decide to quit EVE or something along those lines, my assets will be liquidated and all investors will get their isk back. Another similarity is that I can cover the interest payments from this issue with my current income, so there would have to be extraordinaty circumstances for me to not be able to deliver.
If and when the current issue has sold out and the money invested, If I believe it would be profitable and manageable, I may choose to expand this offering by creating more bonds (shares in game) and selling them.

Ionia, how much in dividends have you paid thus far off LMTA and over how long? Whilst I do think you are trustworthy, don't you think you are moving a bit 'bull at a gate'. You only begun selling off LMTA 1 month ago.
So 1 month ago you raised 20b off the public
Today you request an additional 40b.
2-4 months ago, you begun frequenting the in-game EGSEx channel, and 6 months ago you were unheard of. 1.5 years ago, you weren't born in Eve yet 
Whilst I think you are trustworthy, and have probably dealt with you more than a lot of other people have in Eve, your new offering definetly does give me one of those feelings.

LMTA has paid its first dividend only thus far. I guess if you think of me as some evil guy, it could look like im trying to get a lot of isk, fast.
If you, however, think of me as a legit businessperson, it tells you that I have alerady put the LMTA isk to work, and have plenty of opourtunity to get more isk working for me as well.
I've been in the EGSEx channel longer that that :) I have been brokering (for free might I add) for that long.
As for 1.5 years ago, this is the fourth character I have created, so I have been in the game longer than that. My other characters (this being my main now) are well known to many, as was stated in the previous thread I liked above.
To be honest I'm a little surprised at you bringing this up, considering you actually know how passionate I am about the public market being a sucess, you have known about my free of charge brokering for a long time, I even handled a dutch style auction in a primary offering of your C-R-A shares completely free of charge, just as a means to demonstrate a good model to sell shares with to other CEOs.
Anyway, at the end of the day, you either trust me, or you dont. It may be a little ironic that the features you are pointing to that give you an uneasy feeling are also the features that demonstrate a fast growing and sucessful business, but at the end of the day, there isnt anything I can do about that.

Don't get me wrong, i do trust you. I just feel 1 month (for anyone with limited previous rep) before a major expansion doubling their previous offering seems too short. People are investing in you regardless as they are do believe you are trustworthy as do I.
You have always stuck to your word and know more about business than I will ever know, it just seems soon

One more question. Will you have another IPO next month for 80b? If so, let me know so I can start saving

so because you have brokered some share transactions in the past for free we should all trust you with 60 billion isk. The problem i have is the same as ricdic, why launch a second IPO so soon after you launched the last one?
1 month is hardly a long enough time to prove that your trustworthy at all, this feels to me like you woke up one morning and decided you would see if you can get an additional 40 billion just for the hell of it.
60 billion in one person is a little too much to give to someone who has done nothing yet to prove themselves in this game, and brokering shares for a few months and being vocal on these forums isnt enough for me.

Thats no prob at all. If anyone has doubts, don't invest. It is as simple as that.

Another 40 billion is a bit high in that I don't think there's enough isk in the market that Ionia could capture relatively quickly and it would take weeks to get it. From a purely impartial point of view, going this fast fits the return rate of a possible ponzi scheme. Ionia, however, is one of those people that I trust more than other people. I can't afford to invest in this but if I could, I would invest a little.
More disclosure of the business plan would help, but honestly Ionia will get that 40b one way or another. There are plenty of people that trust her and I hope that trust isn't misplaced.

Damn, if I didn't happen to spend a whole bunch of my liquid isk recently (which you probably recall) I'd probably be investing a large sum in this. I only got a chance to invest 1 billion in your previous venture before it sold out... would have put a lot more into this one. We'll see how fast I can get some money built up... I may be investing a good chunk in the near future.
