As in you say i'll have two weetabix please, not can a have 2 weetabixes.
i concur, although i have no idea what the hell a weetabix is.

Wheatabix is some sort of cardboard-based cereal product from England. You pour liquid on it, try to chew it, and then choke while swallowing. But, if you survive the ingestion, it keeps you regular. - - -

Regardless of what the gramatically correct plural form is, if you're on TS and get ganked by a group with multiple ferox(i/es/en) you should say feroxes. You don't want confusion on that subject.

If you want to strictly follow the Latin noun ending pattern then you would have to change its ending depending on the context of its use. If using the 3rd declension noun pattern, it would go like rex (king):
Nominative (subject): Feroces Accusative (object): Feroces Genetive (of): Ferocem Dative (to/for): Ferocibus Ablative (by/with/from): Ferocibus
