The good news is what you think of who, what and why about us is irrelevant.
The bad news is you forgot to post with your alt, and if you keep talking you and yours will see first hand how few ganks we get when we go somewhere.

yo SATAN its been a while since my last confession I did for some hours do some salvaging and was quietly happy when some nice speed rig parts apeared. I will kill 30 inocents for my good doings.
I cant help feeling that down in the burning fires of hell u could find a few more like minded devils to join ur ranks, ur options would increase on an upwards curve. This is all nice and dandy till u go too far. Are u happy with ur memeber count of u think a few more would be good?
I ve seen our current corp run around the same members online at times as you have qoted, we can do some amount of damge but once we hit 40 the threat level goes up. I cant help feeling theres alot of people who could find alot more in this game and it doesnt take a 4000 man alliance to achive some great times. If 40 BE showed up in local... that would be very hairy. For u guys though u already have a tight nit core and breaking that up if expansion is done wrong would be a big shame. Id just like to see more pople out there getting the best side of this game. (dont get me wrong either skill points and all, a gang of 7 people and one person or more are in capitol ships or titan ...... )
regards from the fur.

Edited by: Evil Pookie on 30/04/2007 18:58:50 You daft pillock. We left our alliance (Terra Incognita) and joined the goonfleet alliance. At no point were corp to corp standings set with BURN EDEN. If any were set they were done so without consultation with myself. It was no secret that we were leaving goonfleet, posts were made on the goonfleet forums and on eve-o forums.
What is my point you ask? Well some nublets, like my fine, inept friend from axiom empire, have made comments that the only reason we get kills is because we manipulate standings so that our targets cannot see us on their overviews. This kind of thinking only shows how petty and deluded you really are. Everyone we killed knew who we were, and what we were there for. There was no standings conflicts, just inferior internet spaceship pilots dying to a small gang of highly coordinated, skilled and motivated pilots.
Anyone who says otherwise is just a bitter crybaby imho

LOL, Pilk all I can say is wow, you win idiot of the year award. To my friends in outbreak, nice proposition, but lets be real here. Groups that are 20 - 30 -40 run from 4-5 Burn Eden pilots. -A- felt it necessary to bring a titan to fight 5 of us. If we had 40 in loal, noone would fight us at all. They would run, dock, cry to unky BoB (who would muster a cap ship fleet in fear of commiting any Battleships to die to us). We enjoy the good fight and small conflict. If we were that large we would never get any fights 8(.

Celestial Apocalypse - For a time there I thought they were gonna fold. Then they rediscovered themselves and this really neat region called Fountain and were reborn or whatever.
GOONSWARM - Like SATAN I never thought they'd come back after the trouncing they got in Syndicate. Well I suppose they weren't trounced enough 'cause they sure are dropping a lot of mods these days in Feyth. Oh and did I mention they really are a swarm! What like 4000 members? Hell I remember when there wasn't even 4000 people online!
IRON - They should rename themselves to Steel or Titanium or something. These guys have been around in pretty much the same damn area for awhile now. They've been active participants in just about every Northern conflict that's occured over the past couple years (I think )
BURN EDEN - Who the hell thought this corp would last. Hell they even have a monument in Jita and everything. Who would have thought all that time BE spent gate camping was spent bouncing riddles off each other on TS.

Probaly wrong thread..but nice tactics Terror Incognito.
I can see where you get your kill stats from.
8.8km/s Sabre..and a very skilled Rapier pilot, ok that is not enough to kill a BS, but how about the 6 cloaked Ravens Crazy camp you had going on.
O7
btw...we had a covert in scram range of Masta Killa...but 2 secs b4 the dictor warped in he chose to warp off Not sure how it would have turned out, because at that point we had only seen 3 of the 6 Ravens...
You guys worked it good...I may even think about a way to fight that. ( of course there are a few other things that have priority....and the sucky bit about you being blue not so long ago )

People have known excatly what our setups are for the past two and a half years. Yet nobody have every successfully countered it. You can strategise all you want about tactics and plans to counter us, but at the end of the day, if you have thought of it, so have we. If getting a covert ops to get a warp in spot is your idea of a solid anti-BE tactic, then its not much wonder your in Rise.

Edited by: Lucius Ventrue on 01/05/2007 17:17:36 ItĘs a little more complicated than just parking covert ops on your ravens.
Your tactic is very simple and extremely effective granted, but breaking it takes a discipline group.
When your mobile, not camping a gate already setup, to nab you takes a solid execution and probe timing. Coordinating 3 events, the general fleet (guess you could call it bait), close range gank group (8 will do) already aligned to the general fleetĘs position and a seasoned prober (or 2) with good probing skils.
This tactic is not only good for defense against you guys, itĘs a good defense for any fleet that wants to protect itself against snipers or a quick ranged attack group.
Off-grid fast prober, with a good intel when you guys are warping in (que your sabre or someone on the system scanner), prober hits the analyze to get your snipe position as you come out of warp (ideally).
BE immediately align when they come out of warp, to another position on the grid (double covert ops ftw) or back to a safespot... so everything has to happen fast... the offgrid gank group should ideally have very fast tacklers and a few dictors along with a few tanked close range battleships.
Splitting the fleet to support the primary group is not unheard of and I am not going to claim inventing it. Training the pilots how to execute it though can be challenging.
Keys to staying alive in fleet action when around BE, make sure you refit to have a MWD on, yes on all battleships too, stay aligned to something and if part of the main fleet, fit a good enough tank to survive the first volley.
What doesnĘt work, fielding snipers against them. Dampening is going to own you and its much better to field a tanked setup to get out if your called primary.

The net result of this is going to be one of a few things... one, actually get your ravens..or drive you off shortly after you come out of warp as our dictor/gank fleet comes on grid in flight, your already aligned and warp out.
You have a have a contengency to this by splitting your warp in points too, splitting your ravens.. warping to another optimal on grid, you name it.
Tight communications and a dicipline group wins the encounter.
---
This isnt the end all be all of BE strategies. If your on anyone elses turf, they should be the ones to make you fight on their terms. I.E a spot where they have tacklers/dictors with a sizable amount of directional warpto spots ongrid.
You guys provide a good service, tighing up an alliance sniper defense
How is this not a "get a spot and warp ppl in ontop of them" strategy? Or do you see yourself being clever by having 8 close range gank ships in a nearby safespot. Moreover, you do know that our ships have scanners and probes too?

I would have said you know what you are talking about IF the stats were not as follows
BURN EDEN vs R I S E 157 kills 6 losses
I will admit that R I S E did better than most against us. I will not however conciede that R I S E are better than most. Why? Firstly this occurred during the height of nanofaggotory. Secondly we were trying to get a foot hold in R I S E space for a goonswarm invasion (which never came, apparently resources were needed elswhere). Thirdly we were consistantly fighting outnumbered, sometimes as much a 8:1.
You can pat yourselves on the back all you like, but it wont change the stats.

Unlike some of the others in this thread I am not surprised they are still around and kicking. From day one when we decided to start moving them out we informed Goonfleet and the others that their perception of RISE was very wrong. They are far from push overs and probably one of the most tenacious defenders of their own space that we have seen. It has taken the coalition a while to come to this conclusion, and they have yet to be able to move RISE out.
RISE is one of the few BoB pets that can and has defended their own space without BoB's help, if the coalition followed our plan RISE would be living in fountain right now. But without support we decided to let the coalition find out first hand just how noobish RISE is. Not surprisingly they are still there living in the middle of hostile territory. And every time they manage to push off an attack they become stronger, and better organized. Just hope that their member count does not swell, or you may be looking at a quick change in EvE territorial maps.

I also meen no disrespect to rise, they have regrouped well after moving homes and its pleasing to see. They will be that much tougher and I always hope whoever we visit (just like u did for me in Q) get atleast some good exsperiance or knowledge out of it for the next time.

Burn Eden is a child of TPS imploding. Many of us were high ups in that bastard of an alliance. Its a very long story, that someone will probably make a movie of one day.
To sum it up in one sentence, we all had a mental breakdown from controlling space, listening to carebears moan, and crooked alliance members(Cao Cao and friends).

satan sry to disagree with ya here but I think your intel on rise is a little old, they have past the point where without direct intervention from bob on a regular basis they would have been booted.
no disrespect RISE you guys have been one of the most fun and honorable opponents I have ever fought in this game, the amount of forces that are arrayed against you and attacking you is quite impressive and you have done very well, however
atleast two of BOB's motherships have been spending equal time camping our stations in feyth or defending RISE from ours and others counterattacks, with the occasional titan visit as well keeping most of us from taking out their pos's (although that doesnt stop us and others from trying :) you are being saved by BOB's supercapitals and when your pos are inreinforced they bring a full dread mom carrier titan capital fleet with heavy support in range of you guys to keep you safe. I dont know what CORM's situation down there is atm but I suspect they are under similar siege.
anyhow the point remains
its too bad really cause I would love to have a straight up war with you RISE guys vs us IRC with no outside interference, think it might be the most enjoyable time I could have in eve, but there is always the future yet :)

No disrespect taken Shardrael. No one can expect us to survive alone against RA, Goons, IAC, IXC, Intrepid, Ka-tet, KOS... Nobody ever claimed differently (otherwise is a fool). After all, we are being attacked by multiple alliances which have much greater numbers then we do. We all need friends (and masters if you will) to help us sometimes.
You think you would be still alive if you haven't switched to Bob's side after the fall of ASCN?
There are 2 sides in this conflict, not 50.
