edit: durrrr. The patches listed are for XP o.O But I heard that the cursor exploit is an old thing and that vista reopened it.

You are mistaken.
Today I had to clean up a PC at work which was running the mighty XP. Also in this case the target was Lineage II and not WoW, whatever that is.

edit: Im pretty sure the vista Update is called KB925902 possible link.. lol edit2: oh yea it is.. same name as xp..
