game freezes for couple of minutes evry few moments , looks like teen minutes of suspension then 10 seconds game go normal and then again another 10minutes of suspension until i get pplication error.
im running logserver to see where and when the hangups start , as far as i see game freezes and then i get watchdog error in logserver |

This is happening on Singularity? Could you please send a bug report including these logs and as much details as you know.
It might be interesting to try clearing the client cache and try repairing the resource cache through the launcher.

tranquility and singularity , clearing cache in-game and in launcher doesnt help , old and new launcher same effect game just hangs up and wont let me play . is there other way to do bugreport? and how to incluide logs from logserver |

If you cannot send a bug report from the client (F12 - Report Bug), then please head over to https://community.eveonline.com/support/bug-reports/ and send it there. There you can also add the log file.
But: It is quite likely that the reason for the problem is restricted to your computer, as both Singularity and Tranquility are affected and I have not seen similar reports from other players. Assuming you have already tried to restart your computer, the next things to check would be the graphic driver and similar.

Try to zip it, if you have not done yet. Otherwise you can upload it to any other location and paste the link into the bug report.

gave up , cant upload any file, made smaller log of 711kb and still wont let me , after doing speedtest on my internet i just realized that i have slow connection even speedtest couldnt run well i can submit this bugreport , it wont let me upload the file either i did zip it aswell and still no avail. . i give up |

I am not sure what causes this, but this looks pretty bad. On one hand the client is running way too slow (something else is probably using nearly all CPU time) and on the other hand it is failing to download resources from the internet - the first one might cause the 2nd one, but I cannot say for sure. I assume that something is wrong with your system and not only with EVE. Are other games working correctly? The Windows Task Manager might show on what is consuming all the CPU. Possibly it is also a general problem like broken graphic driver, incorrect clock-speed (I had this once on an old PC) or even a virus infection.

this occurs only on eve and lockups are pretty frequent when i did get another lockup i checked task manager and eve was takin 99% cpu during the lockup , after lockup was over it went back to 72% , noticed the memory spike aswell it has hit almost 1.8gb on memory during lockup and after lockup 850 and falling a bit afterwards
i did try to find the cause of this but no apparent result , i did clear registry with ccleaner , used spybot search n destroy to seek for malware/viruses scan with norton antivirus didnt find any potential danger
i did search in logs to find this was happening throught three days probably after some patching. oldest "watchdog" problem was in may and lasted few days untill next update i did run shared cache check for corrupt data but evrything is clear.

i have run two cliens now for two accounts and only one of two clients was catching up watchdog errors. if it was hardware/software issue both clients would be affected not just one |

LARGE update;
grapchic card temperature 65 cpu temperature 71 and still freezes , drivers updated to latest - freezes downgraded - freezes , replaced grapchicc ard and problem occurs still . formatted hard disk installed windows 10 , game still freezes . replaced all hardware in my computer ffor finding possible problem , spent 200Gé¼ on hardware components for notthing. eve does still freeze |

yeah gonna do that because ccp does not have clue how to fix this. this is not hardware or software issue either it was happening before and ceased after certain game update |

turned off dx9 thing - still problem occurs but stopped to harrass me in singularity . if i play two clients on tranquility only one hangs up the other one dont if i play twice on singularity - no freezes no lockups no hangs |
