We just deployed a client fix that is targeted at the overview not updating, and two of the issues with the old camera.
- When using the old camera, module buttons fail to allow deactivating modules after a jump. Workaround: Switch to the new camera for a moment.
- Buttons to the left hand side of the HUD will not show at login if the old camera is selected and no active modules are fitted to your ship
- The overview may fail to refresh correctly while in space.
These fixes will require a relog to get (client version 1035137) and the overview one is speculative as we have no internal repro of the issue, but we thought it best to try and get a possible fix out and iterate further on it, than spend more time trying to get a repro while the live environment suffers. Please let us know if you are experiencing any of these issues from client version 1053517 onward, either in this thread or via bug report.

This is not really related to the expansion as it was happening before but the thread someone posted about it got locked and directed here. so here I am!
Hud buttons for camera, scanner, tactical overlay, etc randomly disappear. When the buttons disappear, hitting C to turn view toward selection does not work. esc->try new camera followed by turning off the new camera will bring back only 2 of the buttons. Have to reboot game to fix. |

BMs are invisible in space since today's patch.
I have them active in the overlay settings, overlay is enabled, i see everything else, but bms in space are missing. They can be brought back by creating a new one, but as soon as i dock they are gone again.
Anyone else? |

Petitioning is not the correct way to deal with bugs. You need to submit bug reports (F12 menu or community website). This issue sounds like it will be fixed following the fix for all of the buttons disappearing reproducibly, with the old camera.

Old camera still off set after gate jump...
Have to switch to new camera and back again to resolve...
Alternatively, CCP could resolve this by making the new camera look up and down at the same speed as looking left and right. This is important to me since while flying around gangs of hostiles, im just as likely to take a path over them as i am to fly to the side.
In its current form, the horizontal axis seems to 4x faster than the vertical axis. In a game where screen orientation is the main method of manual input, this design decision is a horrifically bad call.
Also, giving people sensitivity control of zoom sot hat those of us who like to use ratchlet-less scroll wheels (G502 here), are not zooming in and out so uncontrollably fast. The new camera zoom seems to accelerate too, unlike the old camera which just has different increments of zoom depending on how close you are to your ship. The old camera is preferable in this respect as it provides predictable control. |

im noticing camera issues coming out of cloak.. camera seems way off forcing me to look at my ship to re-center it again. im sure this has already been reported though.

I think it will be useful. My old camera always stuck after each jump if the camera center set to 0 or -¦10% to left or right. But after I installed camera center to 20% to the left, I made about 20 jumps and my old camera never stuck. If set setting to 0 camera begin to stuck again after jump.

900k clone jumping is an annoyance.
You have the right to charge me 900k to clone jump when 1) It automatically gets me out of my ship and into a pod 2) I dont have to stop/start my skill training
when this is done you may charge me 900k to clone jump. Until then there is going to be a lot of anger everytime i clone jump.
If you want a proper isk removal from the game 1) ban all forms of out of game gambling with isk. 2) build an NPC casino corp and minigames.(ive been informed that there are *legal reasons* this can't be done which brings into a lot of question how it is allowed to have a third party do it with the ingame currency. which should result in it being banned anyway. 3) suck a percentage into the black hole of an npc corp
job done, don't have to ding me with annoyances.
A revisit is also required to the ME/PE system from the new to old system and how you made T2 bpo's again with some blueprints that were researched to high levels before the change and will never be profitable again for anyone to research to that level. |

You broke my launcher? Everything was running fine prior to the patch. Now when i try to login it just loops back to the login screen and removes the password.
I tried a few things:
1. rebooting the system and removing all essential process
2. ran rescache.exe twice everything good, no files needed.
3. ran repair tool, nope all good
4. tried deleting cache from the launcher, nope
5. Under the download tab checked the boxes for "Delete patches after use" and "Download all the resource files", closed launcher and restarted... nope.
Yes I am still on XP for the moment. Any ideas? |

Comparison tool for these modules show no attributes for these modules other than volume & Capacity.
Tried clearing my cache and rebooting client - no improvement.

I've been having some serious Skill queue issues. opening my gunnery tab makes the whole thing lock up , then restarting the client, the queue won't get past "loading" until i delete my settings then it breaks yet again when i once again open gunnery.
on a related note to the above, opening the certificates tab on my character window tends to show just a blank.
and as for that 900k per clone jump , no! , i just went back to stationing shuttles and fly there instead. |

You really need to ask for a huge raise. Fetching answers to all the issues associated with this "patch/update". I highly recommend that this said raise should come from the operations "Team Let's Not Test Before Deployment" department budget because we all understand that they sure in the hell don't need it.

Edit: Corp mate has same issue, possibly related to capital weapon specialization skills? Can't find anything else that we've both done since patch other than inject those. I narrowed it to capital weapon specialisation skills also. The gunnery certificates show up normally until trying to view the ones for capitals , you cant select IV & V, it just carries on showing the requirements for III.
to unjam the skill queue I had to load an earlier settings file and "not open" the gunnery tab or it jams again.

Overview still locks up from time to time, the workaround is to hit CTRL to force unlock it (CTRL normally when held stops the overview from updating and resorting new and old contacts).
Tracking camera also still breaks on initial undock after logging. When this happens, it fails to track when toggled on. If you select "Look at my ship" from right-click dropdown, it causes the camera to recenter and zoom back in towards the ship like normally expected, but the tracking camera also gets stuck into a tracking object state where trying to "un-slave" the camera from tracking by left-click and dragging the mouse or dissabling the tracking camera fails to do so normally. When this happens, you have to turn the tracking camera on and off a few times, then try moving the camera with the mouse to un-slave the camera, afterwards the tracking camera works properly as expected.
So far modules are not getting stuck in the "that module is already active" state like they were yesterday...so far at least. It's also not trying to emulate Tactical Camera behavior when jumping, so that seems fixed for now. Kudos for fixing those. They were annoyingly persistant (My Golem nearly went cap dead yesterday because my MWD wouldn't shut off, thank Aura for the low cap audio cue!).

No, it is not running as intended
It will charge you 900k no matter where you use a jumpclone from (even non-NPC stations)
