This should be a passive device in the high slot. When installing the module comes complete disconnection from the local chat.
With this device the pilot can not see the local chat and does not appear in it.

Dont think this would work well. Too many game mechanics would be disrupted by this.

Now combine this with combat Recon ships and/or cloaked ships. Hilarity ensues. And by "hilarity" I mean "bad gameplay."
CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

At the moment, many rightly say that in the zero level of security systems - safer than in the Empire

Zeros should be a dangerous place. It is a dangerous place, which is why the occupants have set up their own intel networks and safety nets. Null residents know attackers are on the way long before they actually arrive in system.

Maybe you appear on dscan and overview as different ship type of the same class. Until someone locks you, then you appear to them as your actual ship. Would be a marginally better gimmicky idea imo. |

Zeros should be a dangerous place. Just because the players in nullsec have instituted their own security measures, something which was 100% intentional when CCP started the game, doesn't mean you need a new fancy way to sneak up on people. Use the tools provided and stop being bad at the game.
EvE is hard. It's harder if you're stupid.
I couldn't have said it better.
Hello, Mr Carebear. Would you like some cheese with that whine?
