Edited by: Fafer on 03/12/2006 18:30:16 Anyone done this complex?
wondering if there's a chance to find something in leaking containers in last area or they're always empty?
how long complex stays in space and how long npcs keep respawning?

Completed this. It is an escallating path mission. You have (allegedly) a 1 in 5 chance of being sent to the next complex. We were given a coordinate 4 jumps away which we had to go and nuke within 1 hour. Off we trundled to be told that it was a dead end. Probably another 1 in 5 chance of it leading to the next stage, so a 1 in 25 chance of getting to lvl 3. Whether that one had something good in it, who knows. |

The escalating paths should have something nice at the end but the chance to get there are slim. The leaking containers don't contain any loot.

Edited by: B00merang on 06/12/2006 23:15:25 1/25 chance of finding valuable loot?
You'd use (50k+50k)*25 = 2.5m in probes to find 1 valuable item. Not to mention the time used to complete it. It better be a nice reward at the end of these chains.

Hmmmm, from another thread I had an idea.
Although the archeology and hacking failed I never tried salvaging the containers. Reports are coming in that some deadspace complexes have salvagable remains pre-placed within them which drop large amounts of components. Next time someone sees this complex can they try salvaging the leaky containers and see what happens? |

They are empty. The cans you have heard of clearly states how to use them.
