Where do the notes get posted for the changes that are applied to test centre please? I keep seeing people talking about changes to this and that and the other, but can never find any notes

It¦s very simple: There are no patchlogs for Sisi. As soon as the patch will be deployed on TQ, CCP will post a patchlog (which will be uncomplete for sure)

Back in the old days they used to be posted in a forum thread in the game dev forum, telling testers what had been fixed in each new test build. Sadly there are no tesp patch notes up for public viewing nowadays. ----

But we would still like a changelog as to what they did. It was a 25 MB patch after all.
If a dev can't post here, then everyone post changes found so far. If enough people do this, we can make a decent list of changes.
Changes to ships: Battlecruisers: Drake: -1 missile slot.
Hurricane: -1 gun slot.
Will post more as I can discover them. ___________________________________________________ "I'm an engineer, not a miracle worker!" - Scotty, Star Trek: The Original Series |

The test server is a cold, dark place and you enter at your own risk. Abandon all hope ye who enter here.

All ships (so far): 50% cap increase 50% increase in cap recharge time
Will be testing traditional Dominix tanking setups and seeing if the tank holds. ___________________________________________________ "I'm an engineer, not a miracle worker!" - Scotty, Star Trek: The Original Series |

First Domi tank test sucessful.
Setup: 5 T2 Cap Rechargers 2 Cap Relay I 1 T2 Explosive Hardener 1 T2 Thermal Hardener 1 T2 Kinetic Hardener 2 T2 Large Armor Repairers
The tank held ok, but not as well as in the past. A large NOS or an Cap Neut could really wreak havoc on a tank setup like this.
I am not liking the cap changes, the recharge rate should not have been nerfed as much. 25% increase in cap recharge time would have sufficed.
I will try a cheaper setup, and see if it works. ___________________________________________________ "I'm an engineer, not a miracle worker!" - Scotty, Star Trek: The Original Series |

Ok, another Dominix setup (cheaper)
5 Euetic Cap Rechargers 2 Cap Relay I 1 N-Type Explosive Armor Hardener 1 N-Type Kinetic Armor Hardener 1 N-Type Thermal Armor Hardener 2 T2 Large Armor Repairers
This is pretty much the setup I use on TQ right now. I was having lag issues (again) so it was hard to say for certain, but it appeared to work about the same as it did on TQ, except for the fact it took longer for the cap to fail. I typically have about 2 large NOS to increase the cap during ratting anyways. I usually run only one large armor repairer unless heavy tanking is needed. So the increased cap benefits this particular setup.
In short, long-term tanking could be an issue, while short-term tanking receives a small boost.
I'm not sure if this increase in cap size and decrease in cap recharge rate really affects PvP and fleet warfare much, as it still takes a long time to kill another ship.
It does help small frigates in long warps though.
Further testing is needed to see if these changes have the intended effect. ___________________________________________________ "I'm an engineer, not a miracle worker!" - Scotty, Star Trek: The Original Series |

1) This thread is about patch notes, not about cap changes.
2) The recharge rate was not nerfed, I think what you're seeing is all in your head. 150/1.5 is the same as 100/1. Recharge RATE was not lowered at all, recharge TIME was, recharge rate is cap max divided by rcharge time, then modified by the charge curve.
