Hi again. I was wondering. Me and a few friends created our own, super tiny corporation. We are located close to the great wildlands and I was wondering how we should approach a alliance that is active there - who to contact, what the requirements usually are to be part of sucha thing.

I'd suggest looking at The Alliance Map and seeing who lives there, then contacting the leaders.
You'll probably have to prove what you can do for the alliance to make it benificial for them to have you.

I see. I understand from this that by ¦proving our worth¦ we need to participate in combat and such? We intend to avoid this on a large scale for a while untill we grow int oa more respectable size.
And also, how can I find the names of the leaders?

If your intention is to avoid fighting you will have your hands full if you intend to do it in GW.
Right now the whole east of the map is practically a war zone, even if the allaince maps dont show all the areas of conflict.
I am not saying that you as a small corp cannot survive there, but I dont think the resident allainces(on either side) are in any mood to accept corps that cannot field a significant military prescence in the area.
By all means go into the region and find an npc station to set up in, rat or mine as a gang and grow your corp, its not impossible but in this region it will be extrememly difficult. Best of luck anyway.

-V- used to allow in industrial corps for ~20mil per member per month, but I don't know whether that offer stands now. It's a war zone at the moment and quite dangerous.

It doesn't always mean combat, if you are an industrial corp, you could provide ships if and where nessasary, mine for the alliance, etc.
But if you plan on just join an alliance and then flying off to some belt to rat and mine away to fill your own wallet, I think you will find finding an alliance to join a mean feat.
