Then again if you're like me and was on playing this morning after the servers came up (I was on for over 2hrs) and decided to set a quick skill that you needed (which I did) and BAM the server dies... and now that skill is done and I'm sucking wind on time. I'm not asking for a time credit or anything like that but saying "CCP said to set a long skill" is BS. I did set a long skill a 10 day one for the upgrade. Then the servers came up and were running solid so I turned off the long skill and turned on a short one that I needed more. Just pointing out the flaw in your logic. Anyway... hope they get it back up soon. I really don't want to loose too much time on my training plan. Im just gonna copy and paste something from the post of mine you quoted, hope you dont mind. CP said set a long skill, and anyone who has played any MMO before knows after upgrades (hardware especially) there will be black out periods. So the downtime was scheduled for 24 hours, and you decided that after 2 hours of play (after being down for almost 24 hours) that the server was going to be stable? You gave it 2 hours? Also my client was losing sync with the server for periods up to 1 min a few hours ago in the igniotion(sp, would look it up but cant log in) system, rebooted client and it appeared that i never loged out and it just continued from where i was, which isnt good on a disconnect.

And it's not like this is some major setback, it just gives us something to chit chat about. BUT, lag and instability are serious issues, as I am sure CCP staff is well aware of.
