Ok so I'm running two clients on two sepperate monitors on the same computer. I use them both at the same time for carebear purposes and its all dandy. I undock both, bear around, use my main to haul, dock, undock, then.. fps drops to 3 on both clients and all other applications including firefox in which im writing this reply right now seem visually sluggish. At random times it clears up but usually it just stays like this untill I dock one of my clients again. Weird eh? It's also a bit inconsistent because at times I can dock and undock plenty of times before it starts happening. Pretty weird. Esspecialy the part where docking either of my clients clears up the lag. Any ideas?

Do you have sound turned "on" on one or both of the clients?
It seems that is giveing problems sometimes aswell as "dirty" cache folders (might try cleaning it out with some people it saves litterly 100's of MB's).
Also if not allready doing so run your client from 2 seperate eve.exe's (copy eve install folder). How much memory is pressent on your system? Eve runs fine with 256 to 512MB but for dual boxing 1024MB (1 gig) or 2048MB (2 gig) is recommended.
Videocard same is it new or old, how much video ram and how is your video ram assigned does it have it's own ram or does it share from your primary memory banks?
This can be related to alot of things like video issues, memory issues or bandwidth issues.

- Sound is off on both clients - I've recently cleaned my cache - I'm running two sepperate clients - My computer has 1024Gb DDR-RAM - My videocard is a Radeon 9800XT with 128mb of videomemory
I don't know if the clients use all the videomemory. Running 2 clients can get close to the 1Gb limit but I've had this problem when my RAM was far from full. Might be an problem with drivers so try to upgrade your drivers to the most recent version.
Also another topic discussing the use of firefox while playing eve may have drastic effects aswell (like gmail reloading itself every so now and then, maybe getting stuck on a cycle especially when bandwidth is limited available only).
Also make sure there are no additional programs running at the time (it may be that simple as other programs use computer resources aswell). Check with an antivirus tool and do a run with some antispyware tools to be absolutely sure nothing else is wrong.
