Hey.
I wanted to let you know that, for the first time ever (as far as I know), a "dev-hack" is available to all players that are logged in to Singularity.
The command is: /moveme
Typing this into the chat window will open up a window with a list of systems that are currently available. This list will be updated by QA to be relevant to whatever is being tested at the time. Clicking a name on the list will instantly teleport you to that system. This means that you do not have to rely on a developer being online to be transported by a bot.
One thing that was a very important part from the beginning of this feature was to have it implemented in such a way that would be easy to iterate on this and add more commands in the future. So I wanted to use this opportunity to hear any cool ideas of what you would like to see made available to you through this platform.
An example of a command we would like to add is MirrorSkills, which you might know already as GÇ£CopySkillsFromTQGÇ¥. This would basically copy the skills for the current character from TQ.
Disclaimer: we are not promising anything more at this point though!

Much appreciated. I've had to explode clones, warp 40 jumps and hit offline traffic control at each gate, just in order to test something.
This will definitely help in getting testing done faster and results submitted.

This sounds interesting in my opinion, let's see what the details would look like and how complicated the implementation would be.
Do you think it is enough to just boost the standing to max (or as far to enable lvl5 agents) or would it be good to also set lower standings? For our dev testing it is for sure important to be able to set lower standings, but this is a quite different use-case.

always wanted do higher missions for pirates, but due to very negative standings to pirate factions cant touch any.
the standing to corp/faction is good idea. but should be selectable to get full standing boost for jump clone services or partial just for level 5 agents
in fact would be nice to be able to boost our soveregnities too? so commands
/PartStandings - for lvl5 all agents /FStandings - for lvl5 agents and jump clones /tbh best would be command /standings fror both /soveregnity - to boost our soveregnity /whmoveme Jcode . move you to specific wormhole to test wormhole content etc. disabled during masstests /ShipSpawn - ship type example /shipspawn phobos , spawns 2000m from you empty ship so you can board it, dock to nearest station and fit
please DISABLE /moveme slash command during masstests to escape and bypass death.

/back Brings you back to where you used the movemebot last. Or alternatively a better way to get back into w-space. Maybe /moveme to a random(or even specific) system of a specific class? (e.g. /moveme C5) It can sometimes be a PITA if you are stuck in k-space and want to test some wormholy stuff, due to so few K162s spawning on sisi. |

A big time saver with womrhole testing and any other group testing would be /movetoplayer (playername). Then maybe target player gets a popup like accepting a convo, except for teleporting, so its not abused.
Either that or the /back which was already suggested. Its just such a pain to do anything with wormholes.
Thanks for the new sisi things though, it helps more than you know. |

It would not be for ANY ship, module, or spawn. Just new stuff you wanted us to test. For example, if you introduced a new destroyer along with a new deploy-able, then /ship would give you a list with just one ship on it, the new destroyer. /module would give you a list with just that one new item.
I am not sure if giving us /ship would make life any easier for you than putting the ship in the seeded market. For us, it may make little difference as we still need to go to the market to fit the ship. But there are some odd use cases, for example:
I have a mission or a Wormhole in a particular solar system, one far away from a seeded market. I want to test the new ship with different fits against this mission.
Without /ship: I go to the market, get and fit a ship, go back, get it destroyed, repeat.
With /ship: I go to market, get a pile of fittings and a hauler. Take everything to the test system. Use /ship to get a test ship, fit it, get it destroyed, repeat.
It's faster and more convenient.
The other reason for a /ship, /module or /spawn is it tells us what you want tested. We just go to the list.

I would very much love it for there to be a channel that you join when you log into the test server.
It would have a list of new items and or things being tested.
I tried the test server the other day and was basically in the dark as to what new things I should play with.
Edit: also this just made me think. if everyone auto joined a channel when they logged into the test server, then we could talk to each other, compare notes, etc |

I like the moveme option for thera, but for people that wish to try w-space itself not only for their benefits but also to test out and do some BH stuff, would there be a way to add a J-sig to the moveme list? maybe a c4 with c6 c2 static or something along those lines. That way it allows players to go up to higher class or lower class wormholes for testing. |
