I have started a character that is going to build items. I was wondering besides buying BPO's from NPC where can I get the named BPO's? Also where do I find Tech II BPO's for items and ships? Of course where do I find Carrier and Dreadnaught BPO's? And if any of these drops could you please state where they drop?
And if anyone knows a good guide to doing this please post that. Thanks all

T1 BPOs can be found on the market and are sold by NPCs. Players will also sell researched versions of them, and copies.
T2 BPOs can currently be bought off the sell order forums, escrow, or be acquired through research agents (though none are seeded in the system at the moment).
BPOs don't "drop" anywhere.

When CCP decides to release a new T2 BPO, they "seed" it into the agent system, and then the agents release it to a random player based on the RP system.

Same as all other T1 BPOs... on the market.

How to get a T2 BPO, and you don't have a spare 1-60 billion ISK to invest.
Step 1. Acquire a De Lorean Step 2. Acquire a Flux Capacitor Step 3. Accelerate to 88 miles/hour traveling back in time say 1-2 years.
Once in the past before all of the vastly limited (compared to the ever increasing player base) T2 BPO's aren't seeded, get in at the ground floor.
