Awesome sale. Char has great name & green shirt to match. No standings to speak of except a -1.77 with Secure Commecre Commission, -1.15 with inner circle. Some NPC convoy pilots were made shipless in yulai. I promise all the proceeds were donated to the poor. :)
He can fly Assault Frigates & Interdictors well. Perhaps more importantly is the Learning Skills. He has every learning skill & advanced learning skill to level 5 except for Presence which is to 4. You can check the link, it shows the full skill breakdown, attributes & implants.
His assets are few, although he has a nicely setup interdictor, & ammo & modules scattered hither & thither. not much of value tbh. He's not too far from being able to fly the covert ops / stealth bomber frigs. He has all small hybrid & basic gunnery skills to 5 except small railgun specialization which is 8 days from level 5 & being trained currently at the time of this posting.

I'll give u the starting bid of 1.5bil, but no way am I gonna pay 3.5 reserve or more for a 17mill char that cant even use medium guns and hardly fly a cruiser..

Fair statement. If you're interested in a char that can fly something larger than a destroyer t1 or t2 then this char isn't for you. However if you're interested in a char that has close-to-maxed-skills for t2 frig/destroyer then this char might be for you :)
