i shot a person and the timer would not leave. a ccp gm got on with me and was very professional, but to no avail . so for the last 3 or 4 hours if i undock or sit somewhere concord kills me. also oin the 10th of last month i filed a petition for being killed after shooting at a can thief, who was blinking red. basicly if i try to do combat in any form against a player i get killed by concord . taes the fun out of a combat game . i need a little help please

Concord will kill you if you attack someone in 0.5 space or above, if they dont kill you, its considered an exploit.
Attack people in 0.4 space or below and Concord wont kill you

Global timer is 15mins and every time the sentry sees you within that time it resets so you have to wait another 15 mins. Maybe you were undocking and reseting your time?

and do you not think the GM would have thoguht of that suggestion in the first place? Read the 'it's been 3-4hrs' sentence again and come up with a new idea.

Well all i can suggest is you stay docked in a station and go afk for an hour or so, to make sure its definately not accidental timer restarting. When you say "Concord" shooting you does that mean the actual npcs? or the gate guns? because if its the npcs i would assume you're now in high sec and its your sec status causing them to blow you up.
Else wise i dunno what you could do.

It's not Concord that shoots you b/c of your sec status, that's the Navy npc's.

It's strange that comething like this would happen on an individual basis. Is there anything unusual about your character? Was it transferred one or more times or modified by a GM before?

I got a bug a few days ago where a "regular" timer (as in flagged to a person, but not concord) would go down to maybe 10 minutes and then jump back up to 13 or 14 minutes (never all the way back up to 15).
Dunno what caused it, but I know that I logged off with the timer still active.
I made a bugreport, I hope they will be able to figure it out from that...
