Some simple questions about Tech 2 warp disruptors:
Are the BPOs seeded?
Is the player base producing them? Who is making them?
If players are not producing them, how does one acquire them?
Thanks!

Wonderful. The counter to WCS whines and they're not even in the game?
What's up with that?

'Cause then we'd get WCS II's whined in and we'd end up at the same spot we were in before minus all newbies that can't use t2 that get killed even harder then they alreayd do by those that *can* use it.
Not saying t2 is overpowered, it mostly isn't imo, but propulsion upgrades are some of the most essential general mods in Eve, you don't just fumble around when messing with them.

Any other T2 is usually just the same as T1 with a bit extra.
The T2 scramblers and T2 stabs are twice as good, which isn't in line with the way things are just now.
If they do introduce them then I suggest it's with better fitting/cap use than the T1 ones.

Edited by: Zyrla Bladestorm on 31/05/2006 18:15:45 They want to change propulsion from a fixed, whole number system to one similar to EW someday.
I get the impression neither TII WC's or warp disruptors will enter the game untill such time as that happens otherwise they'd only have say slightly lower cap or fitting use - no extra strength (50% or 100% increase in effect isn't something theyre gonna add) . ----- Apologies for any rambling that may have just occurred.

Well, if they worked like ECMs then someone that was scrambled would only have to wait until the scramble failed and run.
The only people dying would be the ones that got either massive scrambling on them, or massive damage on them during the short time they were scrambled. Which I think encourages blobbing.

It is my understanding that the warp scramblers and warp disruptors are changing now. RMR, or Cold War gave each race - a racial propulsion strength - much like sensor strength. Seems like Propulsion Jamming EW will go the way of chance based ECM.

Rod, Rod.
T2 scramblers / disruptors: 20% longer range T2 WCS: use 5 less CPU
Sorted!
Ademaro Imre, no, that was for a webbing system which was shot down some time ago.
