Take this to the bank....
Please have a GM or moderator clairfy this or post a quote from a GM or Mod (agaisnt EULA by the way) stating this is fact please. Not that I do not doubt you, but I have seen no proof of this being and exploit beyond people saying CCP states it is.
One: the mods would have jacked this thread and the above questionable exploit quickly...if in fact it was not allowed.
Two: This is no different then sitting around and shooting people in high sec with snowballs and watching concordoken happen, as they shoot you back, and you scoop up the loot. I have witnessed this myself a few times.
Three: It is things like this that keep eve open ended.
Evil or not it is a valid tactic and ploy and trick.
When a GM pops in or a moderator or such and tells me that this is in fact and exploit then I would think for sure it is. To me it is a very grey area..... ..I dont do bad kharma stuff anyway
This could be done with guns or anything by the way and doesnt have to be a warp scrambler or webbifier.

Snowball Launcher.
You can find them on Escrow every now & then. Everyone in EVE got one Launcher (and 100 Snowballs) last Christmas. _______

And as i said in the other thread, #2 is considered an exploit. I tried it with a can/scram and snowballs, and was warned.

I'm not seeing the utility of #1 tbh. You can't tow at more than 500m/s, which isn't exactly fast. You can make a Sigil pass 700m/s for less than a mil, and my looting Augoror hits something like 600m/s, has 1k cargo space and four tractors.

It has to be 2# the others i knew already, but seeing as i dont pvp much, number 2 sounded the most fun to try. ----------------------------------------------

ONE because it is very useful to many new and coming pilots.
Only 500m/s? Aye. But you don't lose your cargo because you activate your tractor beam. You can still collect stuff until yuor hold is full and dunk it into the can when it catches up with you. --*=*=*-- Megadon CCP wanted a well known artist and celebrity to test the new font so it's approval would be well known. Here's the actual top tip: Always nag, you will get what you want eventually

But... why not just stick an AB and a set of nanos on a Sigil? Probably takes less time to train than Science IV...

I'll try to translate the above into English (sorry if there is something I've got wrong):

And anyway we all know the best trick in EVE - the pod trick. Warp to station at 15km and tell it to dock - when you start to approach it, right click your ship and click eject. You will get message saying "are you sure". Wait till you hear that your ship has been accepted and will dock. Now click yes to the eject confirmation. Your pod will appear in space and your ship will dock itself and go to your hanger - you can then go collect that ship you found in space or travel around in your pod.
Can't check this right now, but if this works it is indeed the best trick, no need to buy shuttles for millions in 0.0 anymore - just undock, eject, dock and go in your pod. :)

But this one.. CCP fix the game plz.. SPEED up the travel time! and find a replacement for the insta((bookmark for gates!)thingy, like the skill you once worked on? /emote wonder how many ressorces instaBMs takes, and how many instaBM's is used a min on a normal day
