I just got a "dead packet" prompt? A great American humorist and author recently said: "The one unintentional flaw of the internet generation is its ability to give the stupidest segments of our population the loudest voices." I have a tendency to agree with his statement.-á |

I got it too, permanent black screen when logging back in, and a message about dead server hampsters before it happened? Hope it's not another DDOS. |

No, these are not star systems but rather planetary systems. That is "a set of gravitationally bound non-stellar objects in orbit around a star or star system" (Wikipedia) of which the Solar System is an example. Hence we call them solarsystems.

So pleased someone else picked up on that as well as the Dev.
For reference: A solar system refers to a star and all the non-stellar orbitals that travel around it. A solar system consits of steller matter and planetary and natural satellite orbitals.
Whereas: A star system (or more correctly a stellar system) is system in which stars orbit one another. (Binary system or larger). In these systems there are no other orbitals such as planets. An example of this would be Sirius, the binary star system. Quoted from Doc Fury: "Concerned citizens: Doc seldom plays EVE on the weekends during spring and summer, so you will always be on your own for a couple days a week. Doc spends that time collecting kittens for the on-going sacrifices, engaging in reckless outdoor activities, and speaking in the 3rd person." |

To be honest I think he would go to Iceland and dissapear mysteriously without a trace...
