Edited by: Paxam Leratharn on 15/04/2006 10:15:01 I submitted a question on Monday to the EVE Support thing. I had to create one of those accounts for the ask a question thing (which it wouldn't let me do in-game, I had to leave the game and go to a browser).
I received a response saying:
Quote: Response --------------------------------------------------------------- Hi
Due to the extreme load we are experiencing at Customer Support, we have not been able to answer your request. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you and we want to thank you for your patience.
We can assure you that your request is waiting in line and will be processed as soon as possible.
If some of the information below might have been missing in your request, we recommend that you send us all information, which you think might help us solve the issue to speed up the process.
Below are some examples of what this might be:
1. Hardware problems: Detailed info on your computer specs. (Preferably use the DirectX diagnostics tool to acquire this information) 2. Game play problems: username. (if you are not sure whether this is relevant, please include it anyway) 3. Reimbursement requests: location (such as station or system names) and as exact time details as possible.
Please note that filing multiple requests on the same issue will only slow down our service.
Thank you again for your patience!

On Tuesday, and haven't heard anything since. So, I go to the "My Questions" thing on the site, and it won't let me log in, says the username or password is incorrect. So, I assume I've used the wrong password, and try and get them to send me another one.. but no, the account doesn't exist.
So what the hell am I meant to do?

Create a new support account, use the email you have registered to your account.

Thanks, I'll try that. (Though I'm sure it is the email I've got the account registered to... but...)

I'm not sure I got this entirely right, but I think that you have to create a support account, using the email you have on your account, and then it'll show up there. So it's just connected to your EVE account, it's not the same account. Or something like that, so unless you've created it, you can't get the password since it doesn't exist. I could be wrong though.

Nah, I'm in GMT+1, well, GMT+2 during daylight saving time. So 2 hours ahead of EVT.

Well, this one is other category, and it will probably require a bit of investigating since they have to check logs, so it will take a while, depending on how many petitions there are at the moment.

I did create a support account, but it seemed to disapear. And I had used the email I used for my account's email. Tried again, and hope it'll go through this time. Thanks for your assistance, Wrangler.
And... you in France or Norway or somewhere like that?
