EVE Online: Rubicon 1.2 has now been released!
Major changes in the database back-end were introduced with this release which will help to deploy future updates faster and in an easier way. While these changes are quite large, none of those should be immediately noticeable to you, the players, as these changes are done all in the back-end.

star map initial load: practically instant switched between sec status, region and incursion: practically instant switched to sovereignty, all factions: very fast switched to sovereignty, based on standings: 1 second loading bar.

So where are the nexus chips at for the S.O.E. Ships that was said to be released today. One again the drone region gets screwed over. Yet another fail to deliver. |

Dunno where else to put this, but I have a bug report, related to EVE in general, not just the latest patch. Up from a certain point, I can't remember when, the ingame browser broke up. Namely when logging into the EVE websites, and all others for that matter, the browser seems not remembering my logged in status, not only between game sessions, but even each time I close and reopen the browser in a single session. I don't clear any browser cache in between those reopens. amd obviously not the game client caches that can be cleared up from the launcher, so in my view this is a bug, and a bit of an annoying one.
Speaking of logins, I'd be thrilled not having to log into any CCP EVE sites from the IGB at all, e.g. a single sign-on feature would be very much desired, log into the launcher only once, and then the IGB would pull that auth info automatically :) |

I can't log in anymore after the patch. Launcher freezes and does not respond anymore. I've already tried EVE repair but it didn't work. Someone has a workaround for this? |

CCP broke the autopilot, when a station is the final and only way point left, the autopilot disengages. I wonder how many people end up dead due to sitting like a turd at a gate. I hate arguing with static minds that relate everything relative to the status-quo. By definition these minds oppose logic, reason, posses a narrow view and object against solutions for issues that have half an existing workaround. Left up to them, nothing would ever progress!

The DB seems to be deadlocking on me when opening the agents tab in station (other accounts worked fine on first go). The same happens when opening a not yet accepted mission.
A restart of the client fixed it...still there are issues a day ago were not there!

Given the patch notes were somewhat sparse I'm not sure of whether this is considered "working as expected" (I don't), but w-space bookmarks in the same system now show as being 2,147,483,647 jumps away.

a minor thing. I did like seeing the model of the ship on the login screen. not sure if there is a setting to get that back I can turn on. Just the name of the ship works but less wow factor |

The reason for this is that the ship images will dissapear when there isn't enough space to show them.
If this doesn't work please file a bug report, because we really like to keep our wow factor |

The tracking camera is still too slow on the next gate in a route. It only behaves this way on the next gate, unless another item is tracked first and then the next gate is selected. Please fix it so that the increased speed is on the next gate too.
I also sent a bug report about this. "Pretty much all 14 of the CSM were in favor of a drone assign nerf for OBVIOUS gameplay reasons" - Sala Cameron

IGÇÖm not sure if this is a bug or intended, but yesterday I activated an old account and had to read the ULA.
I noticed you (CCP) are restricting client accounts to one per computer and each one must be a fresh download paid for when signing up.
Is this the reason the launcher does not remember my second log in details on the drop down list, because I am running 2 separate (but not simultaneous) accounts from the same computer and using the same client?
Will this restriction also prevent one from running multiple clients from running on one computer system unless that person is multi-boxing said clients?

If you are using the same folder to launch all accounts, it should remember all usernames. If you are launching separate accounts from separate copied folders, then each one won't remember details of an account until you use the client launched from that folder to log into that account. As to your last question, I'm honestly not sure what you are asking. Running multiple clients at once is kind of the definition of multi-boxing. You have been able, and are still able to run multiple chars at once as long as they are on the different accounts. If you are referring to the launcher window, I for once do not know of a way to open multiple launcher windows at once.
The note about paid clients is because while you can have multiple paid accounts, or one trial account running at once, you cannot open up both a trial account and a paid account at the same time. |

The launcher doesn't have problem in being launched multiple times, at the same time, its only really slow loading, sometimes you have to click the shortcut several times to get it open, and after you logged in the game, 3 more will pop up like mushrooms after the rain. |
