got mine yesterday, definitely much much better shipping times than the first issue.
The post cards are a nice touch though, good quality, great finish. I'm a bit disapointed I don't have one of the Ferox though, my favorite ship in the game :(
Overall the magazine is great, great quality, fun to read. "A++ EXCelleNT SELLER!! WIll buy from again!!!!!1" ________

Just wanted to write a little note here thanking eon. While fumbling about here on the eve website I finally talked myself into getting a subscription to eon. Threw in my details on Friday and as I got in from work today (Monday) I am the proud owner of Vol. 2. Amazingly fast shipping to London. Thanks again, had a nice read through and its looking good.

Still waiting...
I have a serious question - I have an overseas APO mailing address. Would it be faster for me to have the mag sent to my German home address instead? -

I am not impressed!
I still don't have my copy of EON 1!!! I paid for a fulltime subs for 4 issues and am willing to pay the extra penny to upgrade to express but no-one can tell me how!
I exchanged mails with Ian Bond at mmmpublishing starting 7 November when he promised me a second copy was shipped. It never arrived either (I don't doubt that it was shipped but the South Africa postal system is FUBAR to say the least)
After begging him to rather help me upgrade to express shipping for EON 2 he fell off the air and has not responded to one of my mails.

I love it!
The only thing I disagree with is the Battleship feature in issue#2.
In the skill priority thingy it says that Apocs have Mechanic 5 and Engineering 3 dots. Well I've been flying poc's for about a year now and I belive Engineering to be just as if not even more important than mechanic.
Id be suprised if I were the only one with this opinion.
Cant wait for #3

Latta - It seems snail mail is not the only mail not working down there. Early in the new year I did email you to say that Express Shipping can not be actioned at the moment, as we are waiting for CCP to instigate this on the order system. I did explain, however, that I was shipping you both issue #001 and #002 (plus the postcards). And this I did. I can only assume you still haven't had them. Does the mail system just not work in SA?

Dear Diary (er..uh...Journal! I mean Journal!) As I sit here contemplating the size reduction of a veldspar roid in .5 space while fending off rats with drones that some how lost their ability to fight from one day to the next, I leaf through the pages of EON #1 and imagine all the great articles that will come out in the next Issue: the cold war, test flight, insider guides, and short stories--and lets not forget the wonderful advertisments by other corps (I think that's my favorite!) I just can't wait to smell that fresh ink, see the colorful pages, rip the plastic off the creaseless magazine that has been prepared for my hands and my hands alone. I can just imagine all the Oompa Loompas that worked so hard to put this together for me and I will cherish it. Hold in my arms and craddle it. Become jealous when my friends glance at it. Explode in anger if anyone tries to touch it because it is my tender thing. My sweet, sweet treatise on all things EVE. How I long for days when it will get here. I have spaces marked out on my bathroom walls for the postcards so I can dream while on the*****pit! But I know my waiting journey is a long one. I am like Moses in the desert wandering aimlessly in the wilderness looking for my promise land. I have cast my lot with my EVE brethren in hopes that one day soon (did i mention soon?) my hot, torrid desire will be satisified. Like a dry mouth in need of water, I have a fever and the only cure is EON #2. But everyday I check my mailbox and to my dismay, I find nothing but skinny envelopes. Bills that mock me and hiss at me as I open them. Last saturday, I think I saw the mailman laughing as I ran out to check if it had arrived. He torments me now. I know this. He puts shopping flyers in black plastic and looks to see if I am peeking out from behind my venetian blinds and then crumples it up and shoves in the mailbox. Sometimes he skips my house altogether making me chase him down the street with only a towel to guard my shame! Try as I might, there is no relief in sight except the idea that one day, one day soon I hope, I will be liberated. And when that day comes, I will spin with joy raising EON #2 high into the sky and we shall be one. One, I tell ya!
Please, Mr. Mailman, be kind to me and deliver my EON #2 today. Please, please, please... Matthias DuBastyra Imperiadux

Okay do we have estimated ship times? I mean I am seeing people posting in the US that they have thriers and yet I wait. I am sure others are just as frustrated, is there some pattern to how these where shipped?

If you're in the US allow between 9 and 21 days for delivery. If you pre-ordered, this is day 12. ----------------------------------------------- Editor, EON http://www.eve-online.com/eon/Issue#002 available now! |

I got mine. Great mag.
However... it came crumpled to ****. The front cover was even ripped a little. I don't really know who is responsible as it prolly went through so many groups by now, but damn, some postal service is utterly FUBAR.
