Sorry to disturb your very busy team but can you give us some indication of how your all doing and if yer on schedule. So far what i've seen on the test server has been good except yer font's again

I was wondering the same thing, hows it going ? no hiccups i hope so far ?

i like the font, in fact I like changing the background settings to 'red moon rising too' cant wait, please say you are on schedule as I have the night off YIPPEE!

Agree with the OP on the new font...awful. The Cold War one was excellent; clear and easy to read...didn't really need changing IMHO.

well good signs so far, i just loaded up my client for eve and tranquility was started up on a full cluster with the messege that they have started doing dry runs. This can only be a good sign and maybe when i finish work tonight the server will be up and stable.

For all those people moaning give it a rest, atleast they aint chargeing us for these expansions and they are workin hard to try and improve stability etc.

Not charging us? They charge us every month! BTW they should give us a refund for the time that we can't play..or the servers are down...or they have problems with the backbone..SHEESH

Well of course yes you pay a monthly charge but you pay that for everquest aswell but on top of that they charge you z30 for expansions something that CCP don't do which i am thankful for.
On occasion they have refinded a day's worth of playtime to account for there server problems and i wouldn't be surprised if we got that this time aswell.
If your so unhappy with the service why not go play another mmorpg. i wonder if you'll find one as good as eve

These Idiots that moan that these expansions arent free are complete nobs go play swg pay 20 quid a month to play the piece of garbage then pay another 30 quid on top to play there expansion. Now play eve pay 7 quid a month to play this awesome game now heres the bit for the thickos pay absolutely nothing extra whatsoever to play the expansion. There comprehension sunk in yet?
As a side note WAY TO GO CCP!! looking forward to 8 so i can patch and play :)

i have played many mmorpg and to pay bit over $19 for the game client then only about $15 a month and free expantion this is the best deal out there so far for pay/play games if u dont like this go play guild wars its free play and it shows

All I said was that they r charging us every month. I do like the game so all you lame asprins out there talking all that smack about me not liking the game can shut up.
BTW I didn't ask em to change the game, I was happy the way things were. When I signed up...thats what i was paying for. If they want to change the game thats their business...don't expect me to like all this down time when i could be playing and my $ be spent wisely.
If I didn't like the game I woulnd't spend my $ and I would delete my account.
I understand that they r working as hard and as fast as they can to restore gameplay...BUT!! now they have delayed playing another 4 hrs.
I think they should have had the patch ready to DL before they installed the new version. That way every1 could have DL'd it and be ready to go when they came online.
They have has ample time to test in the test server before they brought out this version. If they didn't know how well it would do...maybe they should have postponed the new version till they had a good fix on what probs they might face.
Alot of companies r trying to rush products out the door before they have done sufficient product testing. Finding out after the fact that the game has problems. For example the new XBOX 360 (I know thats hardware not software) but that is a prime example of pushing a product out the door before they have tested. Now they find out that the hard drive is over heating during extended game play. FINE TIME TO FIND THAT OUT!
