Id imagine that theres a fair bit of work to be done with the tool to get it running with rigs, + it probably cant be started untill the data export is done by CCP.

Well, a temporary solution is to add the ships to your favourites menu list, and modify them. I did that for a few of the Tie 3 BS, with the PG, CPU, and slots layouts updated, just to get a feel for what will fit on them, and what won't. Also can be done to the new ECM modules and such. A bit hokey, but a great interim solution. :)

i posted this before but i didnt really get a reply, so here it is again
i am running across something in this program. i have a rifter selcted, and in the cap tester i have a 1mn mwd and a stasis webifier, and i start the test, and then it slowly goes down to about 70%, but thats fine. thing is that it stops going lower, it just keeps goin from about 68-71% and dosnt keep going down. so i took 10% cap away, and guess what it started going back up untill it kept wavering in that 70% range. is something wrong, or do i have a skill activated which causes my cap to do this?
also talking about skills, how could i reset my skiils to 0, i think i may have activated a few skills which i dont have and i beleive its messing with how much pg/cpu i need, i tried deleting them all in the equipment thing, but they r still activated if i go to skills, and going through every skill could take a while

I can only answer your last question: simply re-import your chars XML data, then all the skills will be reset to your chars skills

Umm, if I'm understanding your question correctly, this is exactly what's supposed to happen. Your cap recharge rate is not constant, it recharges faster as it gets lower (until around 30%.) Because of this, it's possible to get your ships setup so that your max cap usage is never more than your max cap recharge rate...it will hit a balance point and float there.
You can see your max cap recharge rate and your required cap usage in the ship equipment screen. If your max rate is more than your required cap, it will never go below a certain point and maintain forever (barring NOS/neuts). Cool huh? _____________________

It works just fine, with a couple small exceptions--there are a couple entries that you might not be able to see the actual stat in EVE with. (Like agility or such.)
But for the most part, just add a copy of the ship class that you need (like copy a Cyclone battlecruiser as the base for the Hurricane) then just adjust all the numbers, saving each one in Custom. (I suggest calling it Hurricane (R) or something.) That's it, now you can make Hurricane quickfits!
To see the effects of rigging slots is a little trickier. If it duplicates the effects of an implant, just multiply out what the final bonus would be and use that for the implant%. (For example, a +3% ShieldHP implant combined with a +15% ShieldHP T1 rig, put 1.03 * 1.15 = 1.1845. So put +18.45% into the shieldHP implant spot. For modules that decrease something, multiply out (1-reduce%) for them. Example for shield/s implant 3% & shield/s rigging (20%) would be 0.97 * 0.8 = 0.776 So put 22.4% shield recharge reduction in the implant spot to match that. (1 - 0.776)

Finally I made it all together and packed it all in a new Revelation Updated version.
There is basically nothing new yet, I have only updated data. There might be many glitches here and there, so please help me by giving reports on the official website.
There are also a Russian traduction and a Swedish traduction. Feedbacks are welcome on these traduction, to see it they work well or not.
Eveything you must know about QFIT is on http://elegance-corp.net/quickfit And for newcomers :Read the FAQ there is some usefull tips in it.
Rigs and bonuses implementation will follow in a next version.

Have spotted a couple of problems.
Myridon not receiving any of its bonus's aka drone damage, cpu reduction for gang mods or arm rep bonus.
Tech2 drones are not getting the race drone spec damage mod.
Also if I fit kit that I dont have skills for to a ship you no longer get the - you dont have the skills message
on skills tab the show only skills you dont have also seems to be broken.
And yeah i am at work and bored ;)

Bugs 1) Cannot select which drones you want to include as "active" drones, keeps brining up message "you cannot control more drones at the same time".
2) Armor Plates are not affecting the armor HP/Speed of the ship. ______
