Use the mirror. It's an instant download without fuss.
Meanwhile does EFT not feature mobile Depot's yet? Error is: "Connection to api.eveonline.com has failed."
I've tried creating a new API key as well to no avail.
I have the same problem.
I have reinstalled it, opened all firewalls.
I don't suppose there's any way to upload a pilot profile from Evemon in the meantime?

So this is the thread for all of us who realised that Pyfa is probably superior but we tried and the user interface is a mess and learning it just seemed like too much effort.

I wouldn't accuse Pyfa of being the better looking one. Though all the ship fitting wizards I know still use it instead.

Indeed?

How did we get here? Back to EFT.
Anyway I am surprisingly bad at fitting ships and steal all my fits from Namamai or the PL lossboard and then make minor adjustments as needed.
Though the people I do know who really knows their ship stuff use Pyfa. EFT is a lot easier to use in my opinion though I have no idea what makes Pyfa so attractive to "experts". Supposedly you can use it to add modules to the cargo while EFT struggles to even add Ozone for a cyno.

You're supposed to use the mirror link. It's just a straight download. I never found a reason to use the main site.
