First off.. why the hell did you not use a third party the had nothing to gain... second... who spends 11.5bil isk with out some kind of insurance. third if you want people to be held to their word or have some kind of decency or honor go play a different game. 100% of the eve population will scam you if given the chance because its allowed in eve. When members of the CSM openly post about theft and scams should have been a real big red flag for you. its sad you lost your isk. but posting your lost just gives goons their jollys.

Also, where does it say in the CSM job description that they can't play EVE as everybody else?

I'm still trying to figure out why you think we should trust Mittens. iirc, I figured out not to trust goons about 3 days after I started playing(right after GHSC pulled the heist that ultimately got me interested in EvE). I have since learned that Goons can be trusted 100% every time... To be Goons. I learned yesterday not to panic in their fleets tho, if you get primaried by blues, the logis will probably save you(or not v0v). o/`-a Lord, I want to be a gynecologist..
